Wendy's — Restaurant in Logan

Food is never fresh place is never kept to date as in Dave tommis and how his saying fresh never frozen meat to the appearance and maitnice of this top busiest and are place around here and the general manager DAVE KENNENDY!!😶😳😠😠😔😢 act's not only in front of the costumers that pays his salary not deserved income that he some how gets to have the privilege of being able to make but the way he threats his staff and crew members not only how bad till they decided to feel like they are nothing and overworked at minimum wage job doing mauiltable positioned jobs because he cannot keep crew members around from his I'll mannered and disrespectful mannerisms in front and around the costumers or these poor treated co workers and disrespected staff that Carrie's his poorly given and not even given instruction for his always newly faced crew members that are not even trained to there jobs that they are trying to as best they can do as they are put down yelled at made to feel like they are nothing worthless and not even worthy of the overworked job's that they are doing so that he has one his self!!😠😠 WoW!! This so called man or lil boy that act's like a pre-adiolessite young female teenager@##!!* I'm truly sorry for having to put this review out here because I'm sure if the crew members we're trained or at least helped to understand there position and task they are to be doing with their all over the place because they are doing their job as well as others positions from the crew team because there are different faced crew every time that I'm there witch I'm a local and outstanding costumer coming threw this other than for the dissrespetful unworthy of being a co-worker let alone a not only superior over the crew team but to run the management I really do not think DAVE 😡should be in the position to take Care of this I can only assume from his lack of respect and unwillingness to make a well or at least helped out with work inviorment and understood position and taken care of task for their position not rushed and disrespected positions they have to fill form the lack of well desirved positions of disrespected and taken for granted co-worker's that DAVE yelled and put down and overworked them till they either walked out on jobs that they really need or he made feel to be like they are not worthy of being an able adult let alone a person that can even hold there head up off the ground to be noticed as a human begin SORRY i love Wendy's if it is kept up and taken care of how it is ment to be but disrespected costumers and ungrateful not in the right place/position to run over a broom let alone to manage crew members but a staff and to take Care of Dave tommis established restraint....🤔🤔 well hope that you and your family do not have to be disrespected and have to hear the things that are, or mostlikly going to be said in front, around, or maybe as DAVE brings you the Food that is not held to stanered as it should be by not just the members but management that are supposed to be training them to do so!!! Been coming here for breakfast for a couple months now. But this day (7am~ July 22, 2025) when I ordered my iced coffee, it was given to me not mixed. When I mentioned it wasn't stirred they told me it was their policy to NOT stir the iced coffee.

I found this rather odd, considering that I have been coming here several days a week for a couple months for their iced coffee and it has always been stirred before it was given to me. They were very rude about it and refused to stir it for me. Prompting me to get out of the drive-thru and my car to properly stir my coffee in their parking lot. So that I wouldn't spill it all over myself and the inside of my car.

The funny thing about this is, I took at trip out west after this, and on my drive, I stopped at several Wendy's in several other states for my breakfast meal and iced coffee, and all these locations served my coffee to me stirred. Which leads me to believe the Logan Wendy's staff were just lazy and rude on that particular day that I ordered.

I'm gonna be pretty honest here. I know this is a minor thing. But it very much pissed me off. I know it means nothing to a large corporation to lose a single customer, but due to this interaction. I find myself not wanting to ever shop at this...

I have to give Wendy's a 4-star for several reasons. Quality the food is slightly better than their competition and the price is commensurate with the quality. I like the fact that you can actually eat healthy without having to be too creative. Their salads are excellent. There are creative ways to order the same thing and pay much less however. So you want a taco salad why would you want to pay close to $7 for a seller they put together get a side salad get a smaller large chili I always ask for three or four packages sour cream and hot sauce mix that all together you'll be eating on that for 15 minutes. You won't go away hungry. I made a negative comment before about the quality of their chili and yes at that time it was not very good I do indeed think that they added ketchup or maybe too much tomato sauce to the recipe. The last time I ordered it it was as good as ever the chili has been consistent for as long as I remember.

An update: they no longer sell the side salad, so it is not possible to create your own taco salad. The beef is not the same, either. Sorry to say that Wendy’s has slid down in quality while raising prices. No longer an option that I would choose first. I would remove a star or...
