Sharing in the order of which it happened... note we were the only customers EVERY SINGLE table was dirty Husband ordered onion rings..."out" Never was given receipts had to physically asked was given dirty looks. While i was waiting faning myself with cash (bc it was so hot obviously going to order) when it came to my turn cashier walked away to the back waited a few min popped his head around to see if i left back to back again then finally came out to help me. Rang husbands order wrong bc he had a coupon... When husband asked about it after words was given an attitude... When given cups for sodas went to fountain and fountain was out or off or idk. None of them worked... Was given half attitude when we asked for drinks behind the counter bc machine was down, was given attitude when food was given to us, when order was taken. All the blinds on windows were open despite being hottest day of the year!!! Speaking of windows all the windows were so flithy u could hardly see thru them. Smallest order of fries ever! Normally can split a small between my two kids 4 and 2 who hardly eats any damn way but wasnt even enough for my 11 month old to eat! As we sat down to eat you could see cob webs everywhere with bugs and dirt stuck fo them...

Recap was late in evening was only my family 3 employees and whole time we were eating (with kids maybe 45 min) maybe 3 cars went through drive through so was not busy at all and about 2 hrs before closing. No reason for everything to be dirty and fountain to be off even if was "cleaning"(which they weren't) worse experience ever! I would seriously give negative stars if aloud... :( just think if dinning room looked like that and lack of customer service meaning lack of cares.... What does the...

I don’t normally leave reviews on places, but today’s experience warranted it. And I am leaving this in hopes the store manager reaches out.

Everything was fine until I walked up to ask for ketchup. Another customer was asking about an ordered that was messed up a few days before and she pointed at the gentleman who helped her the prior day. The lady behind the register started berating the gentleman!! “How many times have I told you, ask, ask, repeats?! That’s 3 times you are making it a habit!!” The other customer and I are standing here very uncomfortably and the gentleman says “I’ve only been here 3 days, do you make mistakes?” I decided the ketchup wasn’t worth it and went back to my seat. Well the lady behind the register wasn’t done she continued to belittle the man and yelling and my 2 year old was able to hear everything. The gentleman said “I don’t like how you are talking to me.” And the girl responded “I don’t care.” I was livid at this point when we stood up to leave neither were at the counter because I would have said something. My son had a procedure at Riley that morning and we stopped for an easy meal and we had to listen to someone belittle and berate someone in a totally inappropriate way!! So...

only three people in Dining room. couldn't get an order taken with out taking action myself. Door to enter was not clean nor was the top of urinal in bathroom. Door to bathroom Dirty at, 8:30 am dining room and bathroom should have been clean. Need different management. At less two employees was rude plus othe couple was in waiting before we got there and 20 minutes after us. Only one employee was trying to work Vanessa Keller all others in sight was not. Not good at all. Overall we waited 20 minutes to order, and 16 to get food!!! And they didn't give my drink had to ask for it. Pop machine had no pop. Food was good but definitely not worth the wait. Could hear the drive thru ding that someone pulled up. Order taker would take their order and just leave me standing at the counter. Large hairy guy in back stood around not fulfilling orders. A girl took her keys and was outside for 10 min while we were waiting to order. When she came back she didn't wash her hands and started handling bags of food then went and made food. None of the workers wore masks whe its mandates. I should have left but for some reason I stayed. Wont...
