Second time eating at this restraunt. First time was passable experience. Second time was the worst experience I have EVER encountered, it was 4:30pm we get our menus order drinks then proceed to talk and jukebox comes on blaring we couldn't hear each other across table. We both ordered smoked ribs $39 an order. We got our food and both took one bite tasted like pure liquid smoke, ONLY TIME IN MY LIFE COULD ONLY TAKE ONE BITE AND BE DONE. We waited and waited for waitress to let her know she comes around corner and yells from 15ft away everything good. Told her absolutely not food was inedible she stayed 15ft away and shrugged her shoulders, turned away. I called her a name very loudly, again another first for me but I was dumbfounded at the disrespect. She went and told on me and lied saying she came to our table and apologized for the food. The next waitress has attitude bc I named called I stood by my comment bc she couldn't even come half way from bar to our table and shrugged with smirk. No joke shrug like ah oh well. Wth!! Owner was called and we received $10 off a bill over $120 for plate of onion rings!! No apology, nothing other than get over it attitude!! Will Never visit this place again Hope it's doors shut sooner rather...
