I had the worst experience here yesterday 5/6/23 and was treated rudely by one of their young staff workers. I ordered 2 combos all flats. When I arrived and looked at the receipt, I noticed that one of the combos did not say all flats. I said to this young staff worker does this mean that this one did not get all flats and she stated no they were aware of it in the back. I opened my packages and realize that in fact, one of the orders did not get all flats, so I brought it to her attention. She proceeded to tell me that they would drop some more wings so that I could get all flats I went to hand her the order that was not correct and she put her hands up and said no just keep it. I then get home and realized that my other order did not have the correct amo. itās after 11 pm a sim home ready to eat and itās not correct. I called them to inform them that I was not happy that my other order was not correct. The same young girl that I dealt with was rude to me, raised her voice and then preceded to say āwell u got 10 xtra wings anywayā. I explained to her that I tried to give u back the wings that were wrong and you told me to keep them, second of all what does that have to do with my order that was wrong. She was so rude and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I did go up there so I could speak to someone else which I did. I brought the wings to them and explained that I didnāt want the xtra wings I just wanted what I ordered and paid for. I spoke with Katelyn and she was very helpful and let me explain. The same young girl was still there with an attitude and could be heard walking behind Katelyn saying out loud āIs there a pblm, oh ok Iām just askingā. Just very rude and confrontational.
I have been coming here since they opened and have even brought people here. Experiencing this rude and disrespectful employee make me want to never patronize this establishment and will tell others as well. I have worked customer service for years and this is unacceptable. I hope the owner here knows that their employees treating customers like this is unacceptable can make it break your business. Itās sad that someone like this is working there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered wings and sides and paid almost $60 for them online for Superbowl Sunday on February 11th 2024. The pickup time given was 6:30 pm. My husband arrived at 6:30 pm to pickup the wings and the store was way behind on the orders. After waiting about 30 minutes my husband told the staff to cancel his order and refund his money. They wrote his name down and said they'd process the refund at the end of business. We have yet to receive the refund for the food we didn't receive because the restaurant was unable to keep up with producing the orders. My husband has called the store twice asking about the refund. He called today and was told it'll be another week and a half before he gets a refund!!! What?!?... Well needless to say, we've filed a dispute with our bank for goods not received. No where in America does it take 30 days to refund someone money. This is a bad business practice and your business will fail if you continue to operate in this manner. We absolutely will not be patronizing this business again. Do better people!!!

I had to drive all the way up to get all my missing items! I paid $120 for doordash so I didnāt have to go out and had to go anyway! I am so glad this place opened! Finally some decent wings in Loganville. Iām very picky with my wings. I donāt like the huge fatty wings and these were perfect and crispy.
