Dunkin' — Restaurant in Loganville

To the girl who was just in the drive-through window, who was basically throwing my food at me, because I was paying in cash, and I was taking my time to count out my money to give her exact change so she wouldn’t have to give me anything back as she was tapping her fingernails on The drive-through window And then, when I finally gave her my exact change, she threw my food out the window, basically, and shut the window in my face. I was absolutely appalled at her behavior. If you don’t wanna wait for someone who is paying cash and exact change then honey you need to find another job and learn some freaking patients and get some home training because you were not professional at all. I come to this location all the time and I tried to call the phone number that was posted online so I could call and formally complain so they would know who exactly I was talking about but I will not be visiting this location again. And if the owner actually looks at these reviews, she was a bigger girl with Olive skin and was of Asian or...

Called to see if they had any heart shaped donuts as our daughter wanted some all day for Valentine's Day. When we were able to go to Dunkin Donuts in Loganville that is 15 minutes from our house, we called to make sure they had some still available at 8:00pm. "Yes, we have some." We get there and they do not have a single heart shaped doughnut. Husband is frustrated, parks the car (we originally went through the drive thru), ask what kind of donuts we wanted and then goes inside. Turns around and comes back out to the car with NOTHING!! He said, "she would have been better off to tell me what donuts she did have since there was only 4 trays may have had one or two donuts in them."

Before leaving to go there, we had invited some friends to meet us. They said they would not go back because they went up there for ice cream and did not have chocolate ice cream or any of the other 2 flavors they wanted. How do you not have chocolate ice cream????

Visit this location frequently. They are typically mediocre so I don’t post a review. There is one lady in a Hijab that has always been friendly to my son and I and we love her. Haven’t seen her around recently. And lately their staff has changed. They recently changed management or got bought out.

I visited today and realized I was .50c short on my app so I had to add a dollar. The lady at the register (heavy set Asian lady) tapped her fingers on the window and seemed annoyed. There was no one waiting behind me. It’s Sunday. That is extremely rude to a paying customer. But because it’s Sunday, I let it slide. Next time I won’t.

Also, reading former customers complaints, seems as though she may need to be let go or retrained. Either one would be best for your Business.
