I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received from Taesia, who took my order. Her remarkable customer service and patience really stood out, especially since it had been a while since my last visit to Burger King and I wasn’t familiar with the menu. When we got to the window Taesia kindly offered me a BK crown, I glanced at my wife, considering if she might like one too. However, I politely declined, saying, “No, thank you.”
After placing my order, Taesia instructed me to pull over and wait for my food. My wife then asked if I had requested my sandwich plain, as I’m not particularly fond of lettuce and tomatoes. Curious, I inquired whether the sandwich included those items, and Taesia reassured me that it did not.
When Taesia delivered my food to my car, she thoughtfully invited me to check the sandwich to ensure it was prepared correctly. Her attentiveness truly surprised me, and I responded, “No, thank you, but I really appreciate the offer.”
I then went inside, where Taesia greeted me immediately, asking, “Is everything okay with your food?” I replied, “It’s perfect. Thank you so much! "I’m here to inform your manager about the exceptional customer service you’ve provided.” With a warm smile, she replied, “It was a pleasure,” and graciously led me to her manager.
I was also impressed with the food and presentation. My fries were not falling out of the bag, and my burger was not poorly wrapped.
People are quick to voice complaints about negatice service, yet it’s uncommon for anyone to express gratitude.

Read moreSo I go to this BK all the time and get a family meal using the code. Been going here for 3 years. Today I go to get said family meal and the new manager Jermaine asks for the actual coupon. I tell him I've never given them a coupon before or had to show them it on my phone. I just tell them the coupon number that's it. So I ask can I speak to the manager he says I am the manager. I'm like really? I've never seen you here before. He says I've been here. I say okay but for how long? He says 7 years. I'm like I've never seen you here come to this BK all the time I live right down the block for 3 almost 4 years now. So this new manager Jermaine basically lied. I had no time to argue I just went to Wendy's instead. But I could not believe the dishonesty and I'm never buying anything from this BK again because of it. I gotta trust these people with my food and if the manager would lie like this I cant trust this location at all. Besides they mess up your orders no matter how simple or complex. I recommend you just go down the street away from Walton and go to anyone of the other fast food restaurants. Not worth your trouble. This is the Loganville BK avoid it...
