THIS IS THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
So I went to McDonald’s to pick up dinner for my family, and they got my burger wrong. I usually order a quarter pounder, plain no cheese. If I don’t say no cheese, it will have cheese on it and if they just put no cheese, it has everything else on it. Literally all it is just a patty and a bun. That’s it. I can’t eat cheese because I’m allergic, so if it has cheese I have to send it back.
They got the rest of my order right, but my burger (unsurprisingly) had cheese on it! Not a big deal at first because this happens all the time. So I tell the guy and he tells me to pull up.
20 minutes go by, and nothing. (The time was on my receipt so I was counting.) It was 99 degree heat so I had to keep my car on and waste about 20 miles worth of gas. I’m in my pajamas so I can’t go inside, so I call the store and after 3 minutes of ringing it looked like someone picked up, but the most ear splitting beep I’ve ever heard played and I had to hang up.
I had to go back through the drive through again and tell them how long I had been waiting. Once I got to the window the guy said that no one told them that I was parked, (which was weird because another girl came out to fill another order and I reminded her I was waiting) but he gave me the burger and it had everything on it except the cheese. I asked them to correct it again and he asked me to pull up again. So I do and after 20 more minutes of waiting, they bring me another burger. Naturally, I check it, CHEESE!
I explained to the girl in a way a six year old could understand. “No, I just want meat and bun. Nothing else. Just bun, meat, bun.” She went back to do it again.
Then after 10 more minutes of waiting, she finally came out with the correct burger and all they gave me for the 50 minute wait was an apple pie. I thought about asking for a refund but that would’ve taken even longer so I just left.
Also when I ate the burger, it tasted like pickles. It’s worth it to drive to the next town over instead of going to...
Read moreThe food is usually okay. Fry quality is average at best. No eye contact from workers. Customer service is horrible. Patrons will stand at the counter to order and wait for 5 minutes at times before anyone attends to them. Other workers will stare right at you and just continue with their tasks, never getting anyone to tend to the counter. I've been in there with no one in line and have it take 15 minutes to get food. If you order at the counter, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes on average for your food. Soda fountain area is usually a sticky mess. It seems like they change the labels for the tea, and just dump the leftovers from the day before into it. It tastes old. Tables are rarely wiped after guests get up. Drive-through can be a 15-20 minute wait as well. Management continues to reference their main phone number (on the window outside of the door) for complaints. Patrons who order milk shakes wait for 10+ minutes only to be told that "The shake machine is down". I would say that this has been the case with 75% of my visits over the years. No noticeably positive changes to this establishment in 2+ years. They now have the self-order kiosks for use. Are they going to pay me $15 an hour to place my own order and wait for my food?

Update on message above. I haven't been inside lately but I will say that the drive-thru service has improved overall. The workers at the speaker/window are professional. There are times when no one is in line with me and I am still asked to pull forward for a good 5 minutes. The food is usually good. The fries are hit and miss as well as the tea.

Ordered breakfast through the drive-thru. Two of the three meals were incorrect. The picture of the bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle, was supposed to be a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. This location is so inconsistent. The workers are poorly trained (there are a couple of good ones). Management continues to allow sub-par execution...
Read moreThis is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this McDonalds. The past couple of times we have gone through the drive through it has taken a ridiculous amount of time to get our food. But nothing will top what happened tonight, we stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat and went in to get our order(since the drive through is impossible to get in and out) and while we were waiting for our food that the employees were trying to get together for us, their supervisor came out and started bossing them around to do everything EXCEPT get our food together. TWO different employees went to go get a fry for us and each time the supervisor snapped at them and told them they needed to go clean the lobby....so after we finally got our fry we asked to speak with the supervisor and he told the employee that whoever wanted to talk to him had to wait. When he finally came to speak to us he rudely said “who needs to talk to me?!” and when we voiced that his employees were just trying to do their job and SERVE US and that he was too harsh on them and told them to go do other things that were more important than serving paying customers....and his response was the cherry on top of this last visit “well that’s your opinion and it doesn’t matter” This was our last visit to this McDonald’s, I would much rather drive a few miles down the road and give our business elsewhere.
