Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Loganville

I will never return to this place again. I just requested that the employee preparing my food to place my meal in a bowl and was told that I was "asking too much for someone who did not tip." Of course, after spending $17 on a single meal, I was irritated by the remark. When I requested to talk with the manager, the employee called the manager but began yelling over me as I attempted to explain the problem to the manager. Nothing was done by the manager to deescalate the situation. While we were talking, the employee became enraged and demanded that I leave the business. However, I asked the manager if I had to leave, and she said "no." This enraged the employee even more, and he decided to call police on me. I was so dissatisfied with the situation that I asked the manager for a refund. When I told her I was going to call corporate, her answer was, "I don't know why you would report me because I didn't do anything." She never apologized for anything that happened. We came in at 8:30 and upon ordering they didnt even place the tortilla under the press..just rubbed it on the heater.. while this was occurring another employee was pulling spoons and touching food containers with no gloves and just trying very hard not to touch food. Then while we were both trying to order the girl at the register was yelling down to us about drinks and asked if we wanted chips. She was running back and forth trying to quickly check us out. Since the person paying was getting their burrito done last, I went to go get salsa. Trying to sit was impossible because someone was sweeping and all tables were turned in. When going to sit it was revealed that our food was conveniently bagged for us to leave, when I was obviously getting a table to sit and enjoy our food that we PAID for in a restaurant that was still open for 30 more minutes. This place was awful! My family arrived around 8pm. (9/12/18) No greeting 1st of all! The guy behind the glass making the food made no eye contact, had his head down looking at a piece of paper and said what will u have? I said how are you to make him look up and he kept his head down, replied and then looked up. Ordered a steak bowl, nothing was fresh. Lettuce looked wilted. Had chewy bites of steak. No kids tops for the cups. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to cash me out as 2 employees were talking like nobody was around. One of those employee stayed on his phone the whole time. The place was a mess, trash can was full, so we had to place the trash on top....water on the floor that I assumed was leaking from the ice machine. No sign for that. Booths and tables were dirty. 5 employees were working. Only 1 looked like he was actually busting his butt. Didn't finish my food. Will never eat here again! Lack of customer service!
