I rarely, if ever, give a negative review but honestly my experiences with this place have been the worst I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I placed an order with the phone app at about 7:45 PM. Before I paid for the order the time estimate to complete the order was about 10 minutes. After I paid for it the completion time advanced to 8:22. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30, deliberately giving them a few extra minutes because of a previous experience with the same restaurant I'll detail below. When I got to the ordering speaker I told the lady who answered my name and that I'd placed an order with the app. She replied that she had just received the order. I wondered to myself what the point of ordering ahead is if they don't check the incoming orders? After moving to the pickup window I was expecting to wait a long time but was pleasantly surprised that I had to wait less than 5 minutes. However, after driving the 15 miles home I was very unpleasantly surprised to find that we received none of the entrees we ordered. It appeared to me that in order to get rid of us she'd filled the order with whatever they had in the steam trays instead of what we'd ordered. Nothing in my order was anything my kids would eat. I would tell you what I received but I don't know what it is. It was three containers of something with yellow peppers and green beans the former of which everyone in my family despises and the latter no one likes. The young lady who handed me my order was acting very nervously which I attributed to newness but I suspect now was because she knew she was defrauding me. I ordered and paid for a family feast but that's certainly not what I received. Because I'd promised my kids Chinese I left home again and went to our usual, Hong Kong buffet, and had to pay for dinner for a second time. I was not driving all the way back to this place. I had decided to give this place a second chance after a very bad experience I'd had a few weeks after it had opened a few months ago: Previously when I'd placed an order in person for the family feast at the Snellville Georgia store I had to wait quite some time for it. So a few weeks after the Loganville store opened I placed an order ahead of time with the app. When I got there they said they had not checked to see if any orders came in and to pull into a parking space and they'd bring it to me. I noticed another person parked beside me waiting. 45 minutes(!) later I went into the app and cancelled my order which, according to the app, still hadn't been filled. Before leaving I asked the woman parked beside me if she was waiting for an order and she said she was and she'd been waiting longer than I had! They have a serious problem at this store. If it's happened to me I feel certain it's happened to others and as I'm sure you're aware, this is a very poor way to run a business. I should not have had to take the time to write this. I'm not the kind of person who says that I'll never eat at a place again, but I will say that it's unlikely it will be...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star, I would. 2/5/2019 approximately 8:30 pm ordered two entrees, double teriyaki with super greens and orange chicken/beijing beef w/noodles. Arrived home with what I thought was our dinner and much to my dismay, there were two orders of chicken/beijing beef with noodles. Mind you, I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes for the teriyaki chicken to be prepared and now, it's not even here. I called the store to express my disappointment and let them know that they got my order wrong and that I would be coming back to get the correct order. A young man answered the phone, advised me that he would pass my message to the general manager. What?!?!?!? I explained to him that I expected to have the meal replaced and didn't want to wait to hear back from a general manager who would not be there until who knows when. The young man hung up on me. I called back and he apologized for hanging up stating that his finger mistakenly pressed the button...really?!?!? I advised him that I was on my way back up there to get the correct order because this was our dinner for the evening. 9:15 pm, I arrived back at the restaurant. Several employees were inside and when they saw me approaching the store, they went to the back as if hiding. They had locked the doors. Mind you, the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm. Why were the doors locked before closing? So much for serving customers during your published hours of operation. I knocked the first time and no one came to the door. Although they saw me approaching the store. There was a man cleaning the grill and he did not even acknowledge that I was there. I kept knocking and knocking until finally, a young lady enters from the back and motions for me to come through the drive through. I held up the receipt and bag with the incorrect meals and asked her if she would unlock the door so that I could get the meals I called and advised them that I was coming to get. At this point, I wanted to go inside and watch them fix the plates to make sure they were prepared accurately. She would not unlock the door and kept motioning for me to come to the drive through. I finally did as she requested. I was so upset by the time I arrived at the drive through window that I gave her the food and just asked for a refund. Needless to say, I had to find something else for my family for dinner. This was an avoidable inconvenience that I did not appreciate at the time. I will NEVER EVER EVER support this business again! The employees are clearly not well trained and customer service is non-existent. There was no offer of a solution, no empathy, no we're sorry, no nothing. I do not recommend this business if you want your order prepared correctly and if you want to be treated like you...

As a nationwide chain specializing in American-style Chinese cuisine, this spot stands out for its fresh food, clean environment, and genuinely excellent service.
Let’s talk about the food first. While some might write off chain restaurants as predictable or overly processed, I’ve found the opposite to be true at this Panda Express. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Dishes are made in small batches, which means the kitchen is always cooking, ensuring that what ends up on your plate hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. From the popular Orange Chicken to the Broccoli Beef, every item I’ve tried has been both tasty and well-prepared.
The Orange Chicken, a fan favorite, is just the right balance of crispy and saucy, with a tangy-sweet flavor that hits all the right notes. The Beijing Beef is another standout—tender strips of beef with a slightly spicy, peppery glaze that adds a bold kick to your meal. For those looking for healthier options, Panda’s Wok Smart entrees, like the String Bean Chicken Breast or Kung Pao Chicken, offer lighter choices without sacrificing flavor. The Super Greens side is a welcome alternative to fried rice or chow mein and adds a nutritious touch to any plate.
What really makes this Loganville location shine is the service. The staff is always friendly, fast, and attentive. Whether it’s lunchtime or dinnertime, the employees keep the line moving quickly without making you feel rushed. They greet you with a smile, offer samples if you’re undecided, and make sure your order is exactly how you want it. That attention to detail is rare in fast food settings and truly appreciated.
Cleanliness is another area where this location excels. The dining area is always tidy, the floors and tables are wiped down regularly, and the drink and condiment station is well-maintained. Even during busy hours, the restaurant...
