This is the worst customer service I had ever had at Wendyâs I been coming hear years I got so use to no one being at the first drive thou window so I would pass it knot knotting that day they had some one there. When I got to the second window the girl at the window was up set and said your knot going to pay for your food. I said what do u mean with my card in my hand ready to pay for the food. Instead of her taking the payment at the second window she has me back up in the drive thou and pay at the first window i was shock that it was to much work for her to take a payment at the second window but she would rather fuss and make a seen at the window. I even told her I just came in a few time this week and the window had a closed sing on it thats says next window , in stead of taking my payment at the window. she tells me to back up in the drive thou and pay at the first window⌠in a very rude way I thou she was having a bad day so I donât say anything but then I come back a few days now she talking about I all most hit the lady in front of me in the drive thou first of all I did knot no Wendyâs is paying for a drive thou traffic controller. She give me my food and walks away as Iâm talking I have to wait for her to come back to ask for sauce and said it in the bag see u didn't look I donât now what her problem but she needs better customer service training I will knot come back to this location canât wait for Chick-fil-A to re open. As me and my wife proceeded to the drive thru we reminded them that 2 weeks ago they forgot our nuggets in our childrenâs biggie bag. Over the intercom they told us that they had a 10 piece for us and we said ok. Robin than came to window and stated that last time it was a 5 piece out of biggie bag and wonât be giving the 10 pice because she just wanted to get it right. I explained to her that previous time it wasnât right and that she came to window aggressively telling us that we should be getting exactly what they had missed before. Unfortunately the intercom who took order asked us if we wanted 10 piece nugget and we said yes that was ok. She wanted to flex her manager card, and correct the customer. We told her how this was an inconvenience from previous & made us feel like we were in wrong for accepting 10 piece they offered. Management needs training. At that point I wouldnât be trying to tell customer âIâm trying to get it rightâ after employee already offered 10 piece to begin with. Insult to injury this time fries are cold! Service needs work and manger needs to be trained how to deal with small inconveniences like this and handle from the front....

Because they were very sweet and accommodated my needs with smile's. 1st, I had to come around to the window to order because I speak softly. They didn't have attitudes, they apologized for asking me to come around and I explained I'm quite use to it because I've always been asked to speak up. With my medical condition, even when I raise my voice to what I feel is high, most still don't hear me properly via phone & speaker's. My order was very unorthodox so to speak. I'd ordered an apple pecan salad with with no meat or cheese. They usually come premade in the county I'm from. Not here. They fixed it just as I'd requested. I'd also requested just grilled chicken in a vast amount for my son's burritos which we're being made at home. I also volunteered to pay for the meat as though they were full meals for all the hassle. And they accommodated me well and charged me accordingly.
