I have frequented this location many times over the past few years as it happens to be the closest to my house. I've come to know that they are not "freaky fast" as delivery times are at least a half hour minimum. Unfortunately this store will probably no longer get my business as they've failed to meet standard expectations multiple times.
About a month ago I placed an online order for delivery at 12pm knowing it would be awhile before it arrived. By 1pm it had still not arrived so I called the store to inquire - TURNS OUT someone had "claimed" the order but forgot about it, so had I not called in, it would have never been delivered. The manager at the time apologized profusely and said it would be delivered soon. 1:30 comes by and it is delivered only for me to realize they didn't even include the chips so I had to call back again and they were completely embarrassed and said I would get credited for my lunch (which means a credit to their store not to my card which they did not clarify). Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, I placed another online order for delivery (another 30 mins when placed at 11am) and they forgot the chips yet again, so I called to let them know and again they apologized and said they would credit me the chips. So now I should have a decent amount of credit on my account for the mishaps.
TODAY I call ahead and place an order to use my "credits" so that when I head into the store I find out that I only had an $8 credit on my account. I was a little baffled as I've paid for more that was not even delivered or almost forgotten about. I brought it up to the guy who was ringing me up and he blandly tells me if I knew the names of the "managers" that I spoke with he can help me next time but $8 was all I could get. Read moreThis has to be the worst Jimmy John’s around! They’ll put 20-25 mins for delivery, yet here we are an hour and 15 minutes later and still NO food! 2 regular size sandwiches! Nothing special nothing out of the ordinary. Placed a huge order once in advance for a class, called to ensure they were able to handle it and would get it here on time. They assured me they could. Well wouldn’t you know. THEY FORGOT! Who does that! They sure didn’t forget to take the payment however!! This was a test to see if we could potentially start using them again for our classes every other week, if they could handle 2 lousy sandwiches and clearly they’re not able to do that. Called the store about 10 minutes ago, was told your order is on its way as we speak so I started to write this review. I’m at work so I get side tracked pulled away having to do things, has taken me 13 minutes to finish this review and guess what NO FOOD YET!! So now we’re almost an hour and a half for 2 sandwich’s! What a joke Jimmy John’s! If you can’t handle the deliveries then allow door dash to do them! They’re more reliable and that’s not saying much either! I would’ve gone myself to pick up, but I have a center full of students that I wasn’t able to leave. You have forever lost our business. Read moreDefinitely NOT freaky fast. They average 1-2 HOURS for delivery, and that doesn’t include the time it takes them to prepare the food. So for over an hour my food sits in someone’s car getting warm and stale and soggy. And the ice in my drink never fails to show up completely melted and watered down.
This isn’t a one time experience, this is over a year worth of experience with this location with the same bad service and delivery every single freaking time. I’ve called for updates and get snide and condescending remarks about patience. It’s not about patience, it’s about being served bad food after it sits in someone’s car for way too long. I wish I could choose the location I order from, this one clearly needs some training in customer service and preparedness.
Also, they close way too early. I’ve placed an order 1 hour before their posted closing hour, and receive a call saying they could t fulfill the order because they were about to close. Guess it makes sense considering they take several hours to fulfill an order, and fulfill it wrong. Missing chips, drinks, sandwich made wrong. Ugh. Don’t order from here.
