It's okay. The price I paid for 2 people is wonderful and the place is normally clean and well lit- including the drive thru. However, their system could be better. I ordered thru the app as an in-store pick-up. My order wasn't labeled and wasn't on the pick up shelf they have available. There was an unmarked bag and flurry sitting on the counter. But there were 6 other people waiting before I came in. They called out nuggets and flurry for this unmarked bag, which is not my order... A few minutes go by and no one claimed this order, now 3 of the others received their and I'm still waiting. I assume the manager, asked me for my order and I showed them the order on my phone: qpc medium meal with an oreo mcflurry. She asked the cashier, the cashier said it was already called (probably before I got to the establishment). The, assumed, manager looked inside the bag and it was, in fact, my order. Sure have me the bag and mcflurry and I called my mom saying I'm in my way, and when she asked about the order she made sure I had everything. Good thing to, since the drink from the meal was missing. Thus I had to go back inside and wait again for someone to help me. The manager, finishing up with a customer, helped me once more by handing me a cup. That's when this video happened, my sleeve is all wet, luckily I wore a jacket. I used the other fountain to get my drink, but it turned out to be warm soda. Frustrated enough, I got in the car and drove off. My mom, back on the phone asked if the fries got cold during my adventure in line to McDonald's, and they have indeed. She said to call them up to explain that online ordering is supposed to be easy. There should have been no reason in having to wait, check my food, or go back inside. I called the location and explained.... All I wanted were some fries for my mom, they obliged. Sooo I had to turn around and go back to pick them up. Thankfully my mom doesn't live but half a mile away, so I was able to get them and get back to her. The manager was thoughtful and understanding. I just hope this leads down to a better path of marking bags with the order number, name or Even the items that were supposed to be...
Read moreRecently started having more order issues as of late with the drive-thru. Once while ordering, I had mixed up an item I wanted and needed to change it, a simple mistake. The drive-thru attendant gave me the most rude response to the mistake. I was so put off with it that I was boiling mad and told them over the speaker that I made a simple mistake and was sorry for making a mistake like most humans do. I understand people have bad days, but that needs to be put in check, especially for a simple error. By the time I pulled up to the window, instead of an apology, they gave me a free entree coupon and didn't even acknowledge what they did. I didn't want a coupon for free food, I wanted an apology and for them to fix that attitude. One other time, I made it home and was missing food but it would have been more effort to have to go back to correct it. Another time, before I left since I was having recent issues, checked my bag and sure enough I was missing food again. Went inside and they quickly provided the food. The staff member friendly and was going to proactively give me a free entree coupon but she said they ran out. Apparently this is a trend with order issues and handing out food coupons. Today, we once again were missing food and went inside to correct it. The bag was just sitting there, it just wasn't given to us. On top of that when we got home, we still realized they didn't fill the order correctly, we we're missing a fry in a happy meal. This location needs a overhaul of operations and quality control. Besides these issues, the location is good, it's one of the cheaper priced franchises in the area, the grounds seem to be well kept and clean, drive-thru lanes seem to operate smoothly, and food is typically cooked well, just missing or incorrect...
Read more8/11/25. I was here on Monday morning inside for breakfast. I ordered a #8 meal with a Large drink. The cashier handed me a cup, but I prefer to step aside and wait for my food at the counter before walking over to the drink station. While I am waiting for my food at the counter, I saw a young female staff prepared food & then brought it over to the counter and she looked over my shouler and call out a receipt number that was one number ahead of mine. She knew it wasn't my receipt number because she didn't ask me or even look at me if it was my order. Why would they intentionally skip my number? I waited 15 minutes at the counter! The cashier had to ask me what my number was, after I told her, she checked on my food. I still haven't gotten food. The cashier went to check on my food again, I then asked the cashier: "Do I have a Special Order?" I finally had gotten my order although they were skipping me out of order, & I couldn't see the staff preparing my sandwich, so I am not gonna rate the food on the count of poor service especially reading off customers on the computer & still taking certain customer orders numbers out of order when preparing them? There's one other thing I don't wanna leave out... After receiving my food after a long 15 minute wait at the counter, that female staff that handed me the bag of food, did not say one word to me. Not even an apology for taking too with my food, & I also did not receive a tray with the food. It was for supposed to be for dine in. I've read a lot of these reviews, but I have not seen any managers comments on any of these reviews... are the management's reading theses reviews? Or do they even care what we say? Does the management's practice safety procedures & involve employees? This is concerning the safety of all...
