Crave Cookies - Lombard — Restaurant in Lombard

I went in once because I wanted just a simple something sweet and the little box of chocolate chip cookies (cravelits) was exactly what I was looking for. I cannot speak to their other cookies as I've not had them; however, I am 100% without a doubt saying these cravelits are the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have EVER had - and I don't say that lightly. They were warm and tasted just like they came out of the oven. They're also even amazing a day or two later (which my husband prefers). I went back 2 more times in the same week for more. I like the kiosk ordering system, I also ordered ahead which worked great. Its a small but open store that is clean every time I've been (its always busy too!). The staff is always so friendly, nice, and smiling. They show you the cookies before handing them over in the box, asking if it looks alright. I did get a fun soda once too! Diet coke with cranberry & fresh squeezed lime - it was actually really good! I'm definitely going to try more sodas - and that Dubai Strawberries cup is also taunting me hard - it looks amazing as I saw it handed off to someone who ordered it. This new branch of cookie store far exceeds its competitor, Crumbl, as the cookies taste truly home-made. I cannot recommend those little cookies enough! Seth was absolutely amazing and accommodating! My 16-year-old little sister just recently had heart surgery And during her healing journey, she expressed was craving Dubai chocolate covered strawberries! So we googled that crave cookies had them and in order to put a smile on her face I immediately came here not knowing what to expect. Seeing as it’s my first time supporting! I initially came in here for her, but I could not leave empty-handed for myself so,I asked Seth what was his recommendation for his fave cookie between the lemon poppyrazzi or cookie butter cheese cake, and since we both are lemon people, he recommended the lemon paparazzi and I went with it but then he blessed me with the other option & gave his genuinely heartfelt wishes for my little sister and that really made my day! So 10/10 not only for the amazingly good cookies and my little sister said 10/10 for the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries, but 10/10 for the environment, great customer, service, and genuine care for people! My friends and I frequent this spot on a multi-weekly basis. Not only is the prethithe location elite (lombardian hair salon) the workers are diamonds in the rough (Judah Ruff). Although take my opinion with a grain of salt as I have a slight crush on the main greeter. The cookies are fresh and made with love EVERY. DAMN. TIME. I’m fr gonna miss this place when I go to college which is tomorrow (gonna miss my man (the greeter)). The other prestigious clientele of this institution is on the same wavelength of morals and respect. For example today a small child (cravelet) held the door open for my friends and I which we truly appreciate the chivalry (props to you mamma!). The atmosphere is not stale and dull such as other cookie manufacturers (crumbl) as well as offer a wide variety of bevs from a simple milk to a bombastic loaded soda. I was unfortunately left with a bitter taste (not from the cookie ofc) when my favorite employee (the greeter ™️) informed me of the discontinuation of the Dubai chocolate cookie, however, he was quick to ease my tender heart (are we suprised🥰). They go out of their way to make us comfortable every time which is why I go bi-daily! See u soon...
