Honestly I have been debating to write this review since I like Dominos Pizza and waited for at least a week. But given their unacceptable and unprofessional response, I decided to write it up.
The behaviors, language and manners of people working in this store, specially those who call themselves managers or supervisors are so bad and unacceptable that I have a hard time even explaining. On December 10, the store was apparently too busy and couldn't deliver after about 1 hours (Well that sometime happen). I called the store and someone how introduced himself as manager promised to deliver right away. About 30 min later, the online status shows it is still not delivered, so I called again and asked for the same manager. Well, I was transferred to someone else with clearly different voice. Apparently two supervisors with the same name. This time, this guy told that I should stop calling when they are so busy. When I asked to cancel the order, he hang up the phone. I called again, and I was put on hold for another 30 min. While waiting, I used my cellphone and called, well no hold and someone answered. When I introduced myself, another person told me that he is cancelling the order, I should get my money back in two to three days.
Well After a week, and multiple complains, I got an apologetic phone message from another so called supervisor. I called him back and told him I appreciate his response, but I have not got my money back yet. He promised to check on that and call me back, but never did. Few days later I called again and another supervisor named Eric told me that he is unable to refund me and refuses to call his managers.

Read moreIn this experience I ordered pizza at 6:56pm and didnt get my pizza until 8:37pm. I think I deserve a refund for waiting over 1.5 hours and for having to deal with this situation. Here is what happened. Today i ordered 2 pizzas and one was a wrong pizza. I called them and they try to say oh well can we send a free one on your next order? Wait what? i dont want to eat this pizza you sent me that I didnt order. I dont like its topping hence why I customized my own pizza. i want to eat what I ordered. The fact they didnt immediately say they are bringing my correct pizza right away is embarrassing. but it gets better. they never show up with my correct pizza and I HAD to call an hour later asking where my pizza is and they legit say "ya we have your pizza here, do you still want it?" are you kidding me? you just have my pizza sitting there? no thought to maybe BRING IT TO ME? And when I FINALLY get the pizza you can tell it's been sitting for at least 30min. It was mildly warm. Not hot how it should be. And I never got a call throughout this experience. Read moreI don't know why I keep coming here. I called my order in at 5:16 and the cashier even said my name at the end of the call when she confirmed the order. Here I am here to pick up my pizza and no one greeted me when I walked into the store even though there was someone at the counter on the phones taking orders. He never looked up. After 5 minutes someone comes from the back and ask my name and leave me standing at the counter never saying anything. So I ask someone else to help me he's goes to the computer and then tell me that my order was never placed. What the heck? Then someone else comes to the front ask my name and number again then asks me to place my order again. After she verified the number that I called to place my order was this location .
