Subject: Review of Recent Dining Experience
Date: 12/05/2023
I recently visited your establishment with my family and wanted to share my experience. While the initial interaction with the cashier regarding a coupon for a free cookie seemed to be a training issue, the main concern arose during the dining experience.
Firstly, there was confusion about scanning receipts for points, and it appeared the cashier might not have been adequately trained. Moving on to the pizza, I noticed an issue with the crust; it was cold, and I was not able to eat the pizza seemed not cooked and the top seemed only halfway done. When I approached the staff, the manager assured me they would make a whole new pizza, only to later retract that offer and provide a single slice.
The cook manager's behavior was unprofessional and rude, creating an uncomfortable situation.
(That made the atmosphere feel like I was an unwanted guess)
The manager's response was underwhelming when I brought this to his attention, and only after insisting did they agree to reheat the pizza.
That's what I ask for in the first place. I came to enjoy my food and unfortunately could not enjoy it.
Unfortunately, the reheated pizza still had an odd taste in the crust and dough.
Additionally, this experience raised concerns about health and safety practices, particularly with the manager's initial reluctance to address the pizza issue appropriately. Clear communication and adherence to professional standards are crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
The inconvenience continued when I attempted to reheat the pizza at home, but it still didn't taste right. Dining out is meant to save time and provide convenience to paying customers, which, in this case, was not achieved.
Regrettably, this experience has left me with reservations about ever returning, In the future, I will explore other dining options elsewhere that not only address customer concerns promptly but also prioritize the health and safety of their patrons. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will start out by saying I never leave reviews on businesses. I gave a one star because I couldnāt give a zero. My family and I had eaten at a Fazoli's in Chattanooga about a year ago and loved it as we hadnāt had it in many years. We were in Kentucky for the day and we decided to go to Fazoli's to eat lunch. From the time we walked in the woman taking the orders was very rude. She read the order back to me and she had added one Fettuccine Alfredo to many and I said no I just wanted two of those and she acted like I had just inconvenienced her. So we sit down and when she brought the food out she gave us a plate with 3 breadsticks for 4 people at the table. All of our food was stone cold. The other Fazoli's we ate at the waiter grated Parmesan on our food at the table. They didnāt do that at this Fazoli's. In fact she never came back to our table not once. I had to walk back up to the counter to get some bread. Again acted like a was inconveniencing her. They were not busy just standing there talking. Then I went back to the counter to get my to go containers. A few minutes later I walked back up to get a couple more pieces of breadsticks to take home with my food and this guy rudely says we donāt do that anymore you canāt have bread to take home. I have never been to a Fazoli's that did things the way they did. It was a horrible experience and I will never give that place my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNO STAR isn't available!!!!!! The worst experience in the restaurant history. 1. Female bathroom had pee and poop on the walls. 2. Busboy wiped the table crumbs off with his hands and left. 3. Kitchen cook cleaned the bread warmer with a dirty brillo pad over top of fresh hot bread sticks. Told employee to have him remove the bread before cleaning anymore and she stated "he does what he wants to do!" I addressed the issue to the mgr and she stated" I can't watch them all on what they do and I'll tell the DM about tomorrow when he comes in. I told her "she can correct the issue at her level today by telling the employee to not do it again" She just gave me deer stare like she was confused on how to successfully manage personnel while being in a leader position. Will never go to or recommend that restaurant #1742 in London KY ever again. My 12 yrs working as a supervisor in safety and inspection (OSHA) was put to the limit when the mgr had no idea how people catch HEP A in a highly traveled area with a current high HEP A outbreak area. I'm at awh on the compitence of the food MGMT selection process. What more can I say on beating...
