They always get my order right and have great customer service! They are also great at managing unfavorable circumstances. There has been a few inconveniences recently like not being able to order on their mobile app or the lobby being closed. Having management experience in retail, I know there is a reason behind these actions. Once I was in the lobby when their mobile app orders weren’t coming through to the store. I was one of these orders. They were very apologetic and made my order as quickly as possible. As I sat in the lobby, I watched their great customer service with each customer that came in expecting their order to be ready, but it was not. Every time they explained what was happening with the mobile app and were sincerely apologetic. They had shut the mobile ordering down when they noticed the issue so the problem could get resolved through corporate to minimize the amount of mishaps. More recently they had the lobby closed and the mobile app was unavailable to place orders on. I noticed they are training new employees. I appreciate them taking these actions to help give the new employee full attention/training, resulting in correct orders and a little less stress on the new person. It gets so overwhelming while in training that if you are left to fend for yourself, it can become too much. We are all experiencing short staff right now. I’m happy to have the workers that show up and we need to do all we can to keep them there! Other customers might be annoyed or angry over the inconveniences of their normal routine, but we need to look at the why behind it and the alternative. If it takes 15 instead of 3 minutes to get one drink, I’ll take that over a messed up drink or no drink at all. We all need to patient and respectful to the staff that are showing up to...

#1 the restroom was disgusting! I’ve seen cleaner backroad gas station bathrooms than this one! #2 whoever the girl was that was running the register is terrible for your business! In case you’d like to know who she was, she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I’ll describe her as heavy, shoulder length dirty, dirty blonde hair with glasses. She used profanity under her breath in the direction of another customer! Once we were greeted I asked my husband if he was ready to order, and before he could respond she let out a sigh, walked away to sweep, came back, told us it would be a minute, hastily took the drive they order, and then came back. Upon my giving our order she yelled obnoxiously when she didn’t know if you served the nitro cold brew, finished our order touched money, then food for someone else, then her face numerous times without washing, and to top it off personal hygiene didn’t appear to be a standard of hers either. At the time we were due change she got huffy, slammed her drawer shut, and shouted “what am I supposed to do if I’m out of pennies?!?” Once we were handed our order I realized upon opening my bag and reaching in, that she served us the wrong treat. No big deal, but then she came and grabbed it from me and folded it back shut and handed it to the customer waiting in the drive thru! That is unsanitary!! I’ve never experienced one of these issues at a Starbucks let alone several at once! I’m sure Starbucks would be embarrassed to see these things happening in a business representing their name. Even the gentleman making the drinks looked uneasy with her display. The entire experience was obnoxious, lol and we’re still kind...
Read moreAfter driving nearly five hours, we were ready for Starbucks. The nice young man making our drinks saved this from getting two stars and possibly one star. We had a mobile order for three drinks and three pastry items. All three drinks are mediocre at best. My daughter’s grande iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso has very little coffee taste to it, and for a grande, it was filled to at least an inch-and-a-half from the top (did the girl mistakenly make a tall and then pour it into a grande cup?). We then waited for our pastries, watching as other mobile orders placed after us came and went. When I finally asked about our pastries, the girl got snappy with me and told me that those were mobile orders. I told her that mine was a mobile order, too, so where are our pastries? It was then I was told that they were out of croissants in the front and had to get them from the back. It would have been nice to know that. When they were finally ready, as I looked out the window all I heard was “Here ya go” rather than my name.
If we ever pass this way again, we will take a pass on this location. But thank you to the young man who was polite and friendly. In the remote chance we do stop there, however, I’ll order inside and give Here Ya Go as my name for the order.
*We were there at approximately 12:30 on...
