I've experienced so much joy from this place. It's not every day I get a dish made by a chef. The chefs in the kitchen have decades of experience and I can tell with every spoon full. I've tried many dishes which were well done but it's the sauces and soup broths which are stands out for me. It's not hard to make noodles, but with sauce and broth I can tell if it was mass produced for fast food service or if it was made fresh with tender loving care. The soup here is exceptional. It reminds me of my Mom's soup. My Mom's soup always tasted great because Mom would take her time and she loved doing it. You can't fake the many layered flavors of good, well done soup. Same thing with sauce on noodles and meats. The crying tiger sauce is phenomenal and I special order it with everything that has meat of any kind - chicken, beef, pork, etc. It's that good to me. I'm not really into spicy dishes but the Sriracha wings are the exception and I've talked to others who are spicy averse like me who also agree with me that it's just the right amount of wow-spicy-tasty but it doesn't cross the line of too-hot-to-enjoy. The deserts are joyful. The banana tempura and the churro bowl pastries are made from scratch in the kitchen then deep fried before dressed with ice cream with drizzles of chocolate syrup. This dessert isn't easy to make at home as I can't see anyone setting up a baking and deep frying station at home just to make this desert. They are definitely a treat to reward yourself. I love banana deserts so I'm partial to the banana tempura but the churro bowl is addictive and I can't get enough of it. There's just something about the crunchy chewyness of the churro. It adds a texture and added depth that extends the simple pleasure of a plain scoop of ice cream. Watch out for the Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee. It's like a vacation to an exotic destination. You'll either love it and it'll become your favorite drink or you'll think it's too much. One thing for sure is you...
Read moreThis is a gem in a sea of cheap asian cuisine across New Hampshire. The rich broths, the freshness of the vegetables, the crunchiness of the bean sprouts, the tender yet bouncy fish balls, the thick and chewy udon noodles, and the wontons bursting with juice and flavor are just to name a few of the reasons i always find myself returning to Crazy Noodle. Some people say “there is no place like home”, but i say, “there is no place like Crazy Noodle”. The homely environment accompanied by the friendly and efficient staff makes me feel right at home. I am forever indebted to Crazy Noodle for opening my eyes to the true meaning of a “dining experience”. They are my heroes. I had genuine fun eating in a restaurant for the first time in what felt like an eternity, laughing and meeting eyes with my family on the opposite end of the table, all of us having a mutual understanding that we were eating the best meal we’ve damn near ever had. Please, bring your family here. Bring your partner here. Bring your friends here. You could even bring your boss here. But whatever you do, do NOT miss an opportunity to dine at Crazy Noodle. It will...
Read more4.7? yeah Over rated ratings for sure. Food was decent but small, They just slathered it with oyster sauce mostly. The side salad was low quality iceberg lettuce which was surprising. The noodles were the typical kind you can get for a dollar in any pasta box. Kinda small portions for the money but the prices weren't the worst, kinda high but not the worst. I had the Salmon which didn't taste frozen but didn't taste exactly the most fresh but I've had way worse.
The thai tea boba milk drinks are really good but served warm with ice which I felt strange. They should be shaken with ice first in a margarita shaker than put them in ice. The service was quick but I had to wait almost 10mins for my drink to get cold sitting there stiring it, although it was really good when it was cold. I'm sure it wasn't done on purpose because it could be hot? Small place, good service for the most part could be a little cleaner in the store front. I will get a drink here again(after asking if they can shake it with ice) but until than, I would pass on the food here being the smaller portions...
