So I come here a lot because the location is very convenient, and every time I've went this year I've wanted to leave a review but decide against it because I keep wanting to give them a chance. But after having spent almost $10 on a dry sandwich and a coffee I can't even drink I'm just really annoyed. They mess up my coffee every time, I always end up with coffee flavored milk that's either too sweet or too watered down. The sandwiches always get burnt or are really dry but I don't even care about that. It's the coffee for me. I don't even blame the staff, I blame management. They aren't properly training their employees and as a former dunkin employee I can guarantee that they read these replies- so DO BETTER. train your staff properly, be present and supportive. Give them cheat sheets if you have too to ensure they are properly fulfilling orders. Don't just hire people and expect them to figure it put because clearly that isn't working for you guys. Read moreI was there today and there was a woman in front of me who didn’t speak English very well. She was complaining because what she ordered wasn’t what she thought it was. The woman asked them to remake the coffees and at this point the staff was obviously irritated. I’ve worked in the service industry for years, so I know how it feels to be stressed out about being stuck on one customer when you have another 10 people in line. However, they were blatantly rude to the woman after they remade the coffee because when they had asked if she wanted 2, she said no. But she did want 2 and was confused when the people gave her only 1. I understand this being very frustrating for the staff. Read moreVery unprofessional staff. Every time I come here (evening), I have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before one of the employees working even realizes I'm there. They are all too busy shouting at each other, taking personal phone calls, and just overall being too distracted with each other to be able to do what they are being paid to do. I try not to jump to conclusions based off of one instance but this happens every single time I come to this location.
