Walked in at 12:30 with my granddaughter , sat at a table.. after half an hour of watching the waitress ignore us . I went up to her and asked if she could bring us menus she answered ya , fine ( attitude) another half hour passed and she waited on other patrons but never did bring our menus ( also never looked over) My granddaughter was getting madder by the minute but to stubborn to leave, like me she wanted to c how long they played this game. . She asked me to go to the bar and order her food at this point I wasn’t eating their food. I explained we asked for menus and had been waiting. I was asked if I was at a table, which she damn well knew.we were. The owner or manager dragged herself from the back to irritate me further and somehow knew my complaint b4 I ever said a word to her..as she proceeded to talk she also thought it was ok to put her hands on me , 3 times kinda hitting my forearm as she spoke..Now instead of apologizing and sending a waitress right over she said they were busy. But never sent a waitress or took our order. She musta trained the servers herself.. She never bothered to ask for my complaint.. . My opinion is they think they will never go out of business and don’t care about new customers.. After 130 ish pm another waitress came on duty and attended to us She ordered an appetizer I got a Bloody Mary .( it sucked ) just like the help...My suggestion would be to get new servers that actually know how to serve or at least appease their customers.. you no like we’re busy but I’ll b with u soon , u no that kinda stuff ..it’s called Customer Service.. after dealing with the owner/ manager I c where they get it..I won’t be Stumbling in and I suggest you all Stumble out.
To your reply.. I had to edit as my granddaughter accidentally deleted parts when proofing.. I had a couple lines about the server behind the bar that got deleted and that’s prob what you read. I said Owner/ Manager not sure who it was.. but that’s your reply for my complaint .. Wow you really should go out of business! If your the owner I certainly can see where you help gets...
Read moreFirst of all there should be a zero star rating. I will never ever set foot in this establishment again. My husband and I were there to see a band that we love!! The place is small so we got there early to get a good seat, front and center of the stage. We had appetizers, dinner and yes drinks, mind you watered down beer. I asked for water when we first got there and never got water. Our first waitress suggested getting a beer bucket, I thought cool totally get it so they are not running all the time. Our waitress got off her shift and Brendan was our waiter. We continued to order a second bucket within a 5 hour period (5 beers in a bucket). At 9:00 we were told we could no longer be served. No problem we got our check. I left a 20% tip as I do everywhere I go. We listened to the band, minded our own business, was not loud or belligerent in anyway. Now 2 hours later of having no drinks we went to the bar and bought 2 beers with cash and left good tip. The band was done playing and we were standing in a corner talking to a member of the band. Brendan came over and told us he had to take our drinks because we were "Shut off" I told him we had not had a drink in 2 hours. He said it didn't matter and ripped my drink forcefully out of my hand. I told him I wanted my money back and he said "come up to the bar" I didn't bother. Keep my $10.00, it's not worth my time to argue with stupid. We ended up leaving, night was ruined, thanks for the fabulous experience Brendan!! Places like this should not be open till 1:00am (we left at 11:30) if they are going to pick on sober customers, how about paying attention to your customers who are ordering shots from your huge shot list plastered on the wall. Or furthermore serving people who reek of Marijuana and serve them alcohol, smart!! The last time I checked Marijuana is not legal in New Hampshire. For some reason we had a red dot on our foreheads and Brendan had something against us. Bravo Brendan, great job 👏 I will never, ever, ever set foot in this place...
Read moreMyself and a few friends decided to come here after visiting the cigar lounge nearby. We parked our bikes out front of the establishment and walked in. Nobody greeted us at the door or acknowledged us for the first few minutes so we sat down and grabbed some menus that we found stacked up near the bar. I'm not sure of the first bartender's name, but he immediately approached the table with a hostile and unprofessional attitude. He made a big deal about us grabbing menus despite us being entirely neglected for the first 15 minutes of us being there. We all ordered drinks and food. I ordered a burger cooked very rare and loaded tater tots as well as a whiskey sour. When the food got to my table, I immediately dug in. I took one bite out of the burger before discovering it was completely overcooked, a thick layer of burnt char on the outside and as dry as cardboard on the inside. Not sure if it was just a communication error but I definitely didn't order well-done. I could not even taste any trace of whiskey in my whiskey sour. It simply tasted like lemonade. If I wanted a comparable drink, I would've just gone home and poured myself a glass of minute maid. Awful food and terrible experience all together. A second bartender named Brendan took over towards the tail end of our stay at the Stumble Inn. I explained to him how terrible the food was and how poorly we were treated by our previous bartender and he took my food off the bill which I made sure to leave a good tip for him. Brendan's hospitality was 5 stars, I wouldn't even give the first bartender or the quality of food coming out of the...
