I went here every Wednesday evening for dinner with just me and my dad from the start of my senior year in high school to the day I went to college. The staff here is extremely friendly, polite, personable, professional, and efficient. The restaurant is perfect for conversation (quiet, private) and is very well laid out with a variety of seating options (i.e. booths, chairs, and family circle booths). I've gone here my entire life since I live nearby and it's always been my favorite restaurant. I've never been given an incorrect or substandard order and I've always enjoyed how well presented, natural, and original the food is. It's always clean and cozy and comfortable here. It's a good place for a date, for a family meal, for a group of friends, and for any other kind of group. I have never had a problem with this restaurant. Food here is amazing (especially the mac and cheese), staff is perfect, atmosphere is perfect, hygiene is perfect, it's just...
Read moreI have been coming her consistently for months with good results but today was heapin dumpster fire. I got a spaghetti with meatballs to dine in and the meatballs were practically mush. How on earth do you get soggy meatballs?!?!? Absolutely disgusting. Also for a place priding itself on “uncommon goodness” in all its advertising I felt incredibly unwelcome to dine in. I’ve had employees explain the plastic bowls and I get that but bringing the food out with lids makes it seem like they’re trying to kick you out the door from the moment they bring you their food. Never mind the insane amount of waste it produces. It’s insane how different my experience was when I was here 2 weeks ago and had a great time. I may give this joint another go around but god it went downhill faster than a cat on a hot tin roof. Only high was as a proud southern Baptist I can appreciate the Christmas spirit they had...

Con: the manager, Q, is really rude and demeaning to her staff. An employee made a mistake with a prior order earlier today and when Q got off the phone with the customer, she started complaining and raising her voice at the staff about how she "cant keep giving out refunds over stupid mistakes". She switched out who was at the register and said it was because the girl "couldnt handle her responsibilities". She had a line of people wanting to order food but apparently embarrassing and talking down to her employees was more important to her than handling things professionally. I'd hate to work for a "manager" like that and definitely don't appreciate her doing that in front...
