As a true Vietnamese, I’m extremely picky about Vietnamese coffee flavors—it has to be bold, aromatic, and carry that unmistakable robusta punch from Saigon or Buôn Ma Thuột. So when I stepped into Peaky Peak Coffee and Charcuterie in Lone Tree, Colorado (10047 Park Meadows Dr, Unit A, Lone Tree, CO 80124), I wasn’t expecting much beyond a watered-down American drip. But wow—this place completely blew me away and satisfied even my strictest standards! The coffee here is pure Vietnamese essence, topped with a rich, creamy foam that’s luscious yet never cloying—like they secretly imported the recipe straight from Hanoi. The egg coffee absolutely knocked me out: silky golden egg foam perfectly whipped and floating atop hot, strong coffee. One sip and it melts in your mouth—sweet, bold, and soul-satisfying. Paired with the Uber coffee (a creative twist—think upgraded Vietnamese iced milk coffee with an American edge: intense, refreshing, and full of surprises), this duo made me forget I was in the middle of Colorado’s high desert. And then there’s the crispy shrimp bread—a total flavor bomb! Crispy crepe shell, bursting with fresh shrimp, drizzled in a creamy, savory sauce. One bite and it explodes in your mouth—perfectly paired with the coffee. Prices are reasonable ($8–12 per item), portions are generous and satisfying for a chill morning or afternoon. Open from 7 AM to 9–10 PM—ideal for office workers or travelers. The vibe is cozy modern charcuterie-style: rustic wooden tables, soft lighting, and a breezy outdoor seating area—great for solo chilling or catching up with friends. Staff are friendly, service is fast, and if you’re lucky, you’ll enjoy a mellow playlist with a touch of indie rock. Verdict: 5/5 stars! If you’re a Vietnamese coffee purist in the Denver area, head to Peaky Peak immediately to level up your taste buds. This isn’t just a café—it’s a slice of Vietnam in Colorado. Highly recommend for even the pickiest eaters...
Read moreI had the opportunity to attend Peaky Peak’s grand opening this last Saturday! I was able to meet the faces behind the business and they were such a delight treating myself and others as if we had been family friends for years. You can see the passion and enthusiasm for their newly opened business and I’m so excited to see where they take it.
The atmosphere, food, and service were all absolutely amazing. I ordered their flight which included coconut, egg tiramisu, taro ube, and pumpkin spice. They were all delicious but the egg tiramisu was probably my favorite with coconut being a close second. Along with my flight I also ordered a lox bagel!
I came back in the evening as the vibes change after 4pm with the addition of cocktails and small bites. I ordered a banh mi board to share with a friend and a cocktail. Both were phenomenal! The banh mi board tasted just like a traditional Vietnamese banh mi and the cocktail I had was handcrafted perfectly!
This place has been added to my list of places I look forward to coming back to whether with friends or on my own to sit down and focus on any work I...

I got the flight with the Bischoff cookie and it was amazing!! Loved em all!
Food highlights:
Shrimp Toast: Absolutely amazing. Bursting with flavor! This is hands down the best item on the menu. Don’t skip this one!
Charcuterie for Couples: Perfectly portioned with three meats and three cheeses. Great for sharing and really well thought out. The fun cheese was a blueberry infused.
Banh Mi Board: Total showstopper! Fresh, vibrant, and packed with incredible flavor combinations. It's interactive, fun, and seriously tasty. And trust me — don’t sleep on the banh mi!
