It’s my husband’s birthday and we decided to have burritos this evening to take it easy in preparation for his celebration tomorrow. My daughter had just ordered from them earlier and usually her suggestions are on point. So I placed an order with a gentleman who repeated it to me twice. I called back to confirm again with Kelly who pleasantly answered the phone. I arrived and added a drink to my order. Got home and began eating while my hubby made a quick run to the store only to find that the order was wrong! I called back and again Kelly answered pleasantly and I was slightly irritated because not only had I repeated my order several times but gas isn’t cheap right now! We went back over the order again and I had to return to pickup our food. I returned to only an apology with an excuse from Kelly stating that she didn’t take the order. At that point I was not interested because at the very least an offer to refund one of the burritos would have eased or cushioned their mistake! Only providing pleasantries doesn’t make way of excellent customer service. And to make matters worse I returned home to again have the burritos wrong. Read moreBE READY TO SPEND MONEY FOR A LITTLE BIT!!!!Came here with my wife on 8/23/21 a little after 4pm they just open in the area so we gave it a try i got the Asada burrito my wife got the beef taquitos and a blue horchata and a Jamaica drink burrito was very good but not worth $10 not enough toppings. Just pico and guac not enough $6 would be fair and its still pushing it. My wife beef taquitos was a small portion for the price we spent over $30 and not even worth it i literally kid you not we was still hungry when we left there large cup size is a small at Mc Donalds and the reg is a inch smaller. The young girl at the register was very nice and did a good job notice she was getting trained. The kitchen crew was welcoming and friendly the setting was ok but the sitting with the benches makes it look like a prison cafeteria. I gave it a 3star coz of the overly charged prices for a small portion. This would be a last option or a once in a great while type of place to go to. Good luck...
Read moreBlue Burro is nestled in a busy shopping center between Trader Joe's and Crush Fitness. Upon entering the setup felt a little like Chipotle except your food is made to order no assembly line here. Prices are a little pricey and not to commensurate to the portion size however location and the cost of everything these days higher prices are to be expected. The carne asada fries were yummy. The fries were a beautiful golden brown, crunchy, the asada meat was seasoned to perfection, the guacamole was nice fresh and chunky. The surf and turf burrito was a little small, shrimps were a medium size, again asada meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection, If there were some beans and rice on the side I probably would be ok with paying over $13. Customer service was sweet, and the environment was...
