Our experience at the Long Beach Creamery was absolutely sublime! We visited them on a Friday evening, and they weren’t busy. We tried/got their famous flavors—Saltine Dream—imagine a sweet combination of vanilla with saltine crackers dipped in chocolate(this is what dreams are made of), and Burnt Caramel—imagine decadent burned sugars in your mouth tasting like sweet, sweet caramel(this is what amazing icecream should taste like). They’ve a ton of other flavors too, and they’re kind enough to accommodate your dietary preferences too(nut free, vegan etc.) Seating was available outside, and it felt relaxing to enjoy the stellar icecream in peace outside. The staff was polite, and helpful. Parking is available but spaces are somewhat tight. Street parking is available in case you’re unable to park in the parking spots. Overall it was a 10/10 experience at the Long Beach Creamery and I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Unique and really tasty ice cream flavors! And great service. Their 4 house special flavors that are always available are: burnt caramel, whiskey vanilla, midnight oolong (tastes like chocolate) and coffee. The other flavors are rotating or seasonal. Burnt caramel is the best!!!! Best toppings for me are waffle chips, candied bacon and crispy pearls. Tip : come on Sunday for cheaper ice cream cakes $2.50 /slice instead of 5.

Arrived about ten minutes before close & the gals working there were still so sweet and willing to let me and my guy taste as many flavors as we wanted. The girl who helped us gave great descriptions of flavors. Super awesome that they do so many collabs with local businesses. Go on a Thursday so that you can grab one of their churro waffle bowls. AMAZING!

Changing to 1 Star - see follow up review

I am an Ice Cream nut from the East Coast - we're known for our awesome Ice Cream. ;) Kudos to LBC for having some of the most amazing flavors I have seen anywhere. Omg! The Key Lime Pie was to die for and the Lemon Cake was dreamy! The prices are commensurate with the quality and the staff were bubbly, sweet and eager to please. There was a line on our second visit, but, it went quickly and allowed us much needed decision time. This place will satisfy your maddest cravings. Scrumptious!

Uupdate: unfortunately, my last visit was just awful. I asked for the ice cream with cake in it and was given cake...on ice cream. Okay, fine, but when I mentioned it, the counter person became visibly annoyed, saying "well I asked you..." I told her I didn't even know they had cake. Then she says, not kidding, "well, do you want it?" I felt so uncomfortable but said, "ummm, well no" and realized, since she was staring at me I'd better hurry. So I threw out a couple flavors that I didn't actually want just to appease her. Still, she felt it necessary to look for a scoop, making sure to bang all the scoops in the holder. Really!!?? She really ruined my experience. I couldn't even enjoy it. :( Yeah, not going back. There are similar shops that treat...

3.5 rounded to 4 Their burnt caramel is their most famous ice cream and it is preety good. I didnt think much of it when i first went but have been back like 4 times so it is indeed good ic cream. So in terms of: Price: too overpriced in my opinion. I mean,i get that they make it, etc,etc but i just feel it should be shaved off at least $1. The reason being that the scoop is ay too small. Honestly i feel that with 3 spoonfuls,it'll be gone. Ice cream flavors: they're all good. I mean obviously you're gonna have your favorite flavors here and ther. Service: ok so,idk how you would fix this but itbreally sucks when there's like 5people ahead and then person is trying like every single flavor. Maybe try out what insaw some ic cream place in england do where they only allow 1 or 2 samples and that's it because or else,it takes forever. Also, i know maybe you're short staffed but maybe trt and get 2 people going at the same time. Out of like the 5-6 times I've been here, ive only seen this happen twice. Other than that-wouldni come back? YES!. Definitely give them a shot and then follow our travel vlogs on insta...
