Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Long Beach

I placed an order over the phone for pizza, pasta, and cheesy bites. The rep told me it would take 15 minutes. I got there in like 20 minutes. I paid and had to wait longer. I figure another 5 or 10 minutes no problem. Well it took a lot longer. 3 or 4 people walked in and get their completed order. I then asked how long is it going to take. It turns out they forgot to make the cheesy bites. They assumed I didn’t hear their conversation. After all of that, 15 minutes turned into about 45 to 50 minutes. The delivery man came back and was the one who ended up giving me my order. We get home and the pasta is literally 1/4 filled up. The cheesy bites was a little burned. How does a franchise pizza establishment like this offer such horrible customer service? Another thing I have to say is the cash register rep seemed very lazy. How is she sitting down and have another worker give me my order who just got back...

I ordered a deluxe pizza and was given a cheese pizza. I called and the gentleman saidthey would get what I ordered and paid for to me. 45 mins went by then I called the store again. The guy said it was on its way out the door. I waited another 40 mins then called to speak with the manager named Patty. I explained to her what happened and I No longer wants thepizza because it was too late and had Arie work early in the morning. She said I would be issued a refund and it will take a few days for it to process. It never happened. I then called customer support on several occasions. The store lied and said they tried to contact me. That never happened. I will never order dominoes again. Totally unprofessional customer service. They act like it’s hard to take an order over the phone. I order through the call center but they delivered an incorrect order and when I called the call system back they directed me to the direct store. When calling them they kept putting me on hold, one guy actually hung up on me. I was so annoyed that I decided not to order any pizza and go to Pizza Hut because I feared they might do something to my reorder. The manager on duty name was a allegedly “Alfonso” 2/12/25 7:41pm this domino is the closest delivery to my house so Im really upset because I like Dominos Pizza I just can’t stand this location.
