I just lelf the store, very upset. Went in 5ish to get 20 conchitas and they didn't have any and was told they will be out at 6. I don't live not even a block away so I go home and send my son to pick them up at 6pm. So apperantly they were not even in the oven at 6pm they made us wait 45 minutes still. And gives us a very poor excused the cashier was very slow, I asked to talk to owner. From what I know the guy I talked to is not the owner, and still gave me a poor excuse why they had us waitting. Not even a sorry or anything for the inconvenience, we been a loyal customer for years. And had a few bad experience with bad customer service at this place. Keep it up and you slowly will loose your loyal customers... Tonight I only bought 12 because they were not even enough brown conchitas to buy. Very disappointed and unhappy 45 minutes for 12 brown conchitas really????

Llame para ver si avía conchas la persona que contestó me dijo que si le avise que iba en camino y no se le ocurrió decirme que iba a cerrar para lonche llevo más de 30 minutos afuera esperando que abra la puerta la doña. Ósea que le costó decirme que iba a cerrar cuando me contestó la llamada si claramente le avisé que iba en camino. Que mal servicio. No es la primera vez que pasa algo similar a esto. 3/18/2025 6:50pm literalmente en el transcurso de la espera se han ido 8 clientes. Y seguimos esperando que habrá la puerta. 7:25 hasta que por fin abrió.

What can I say…I LOVE THIS PLACE! Very homelike. Very welcoming environment! The manager has a heart of Gold and loves to help! Very warmhearted, and loving! Definitely will be a returning and ongoing customer! Hardworking and dedicated to her craft! God bless her! The conchas are amazing! And all the fellow deserts! She even offered me a coffee on the house after she saw me tired. Truly...

I walked in this place earlier this year and saw flies all over the place. They had a display case against the front windows and there were several flies inside the display on the pastries. I told the baker and he shrugged his shoulders at me. I would never buy anything...
