I have stayed here 3 times, each visit they've annoyed me and/or ripped me off money I desperately needed. Twice my deposits, (their requested amounts seem to fluctuate) were not returned. If you don't ask for the deposit, they will NOT remind you of it, or automatically return it upon checkout. It is much more profitable for them to proclaim it is the customer's fault if they forget to ask for it!! Leave the property to return to get deposit..Sorry Charlie!!! Too Late! You needed to ask for it at checkout. The owner of this motel is cheap. He keeps his profits more than he invests to upgrade this outdated and overdue sleezey-like place. T.v's showers, floors, plumbing, shower curtains, friges, and bedding need new!! They refuse to give you the wifi password, they expect you to surrender it to them unlocked where you can't see anything thru their mirrored window! It's annoying & very disconcerting to be speaking to my face instead of theirs, when I am conducting a financial contract with. It is disgusting to conduct business this way. My room didn't have a fire alarm. Three strikes, I will not support them any more with MY $$. Checkout is 11 a.m. and I get it! However, I went to rest my eyes as I finished up packing as I was almost completely done. I had an hour until checkout. Mind you, I am a 64 year old disabled and solo. I needed to take a small break. I layed down letting my body untwist it's muscles that grip my spine into horrid pain. My arthritic hands stop moving to reduce pain. I thought 15 min would give me some relief. I ended up falling asleep and awakening at 10:50 a.m.! I sprung into action, opened the door and proceeded to remove the items I had brought, For personal reasons, I had brought much with me. I had misplaced some hot rollers and was finding lost items as I was removing my belongings. I was still taking things out past 11:00, (I was interrupted several times to listen to their broken recording chew out and repeated question when will I be out), that delays me and annoys me more, they kept my refund!!! I have travelled around the World folks since a child and never have my parents or myself been charged for this!! Not when we are actively moving. Here again, I swept the room and placed all towels in a pile and stripped the bed to make the cleaning person's job easier. That didn't matter to the money mongering owner here. I had to make three trips with my stuff elsewhere. Two hours passed my return last pickup my last trip 2 hours passed, the cleaning lady just finished my room. They nag you like crazy to leave, but they don't have people waiting and my room was second to last to be cleaned! There are no dressers nightstands in these rooms, nor a small table and chair(s). No window coverings over ground level frosted bathroom windows. This is NOT racist, but a fact, more times than not, I have the most unpleasant, rude, inconsiderate bullying or ignored not acknowledging you are a customer or human, in general, mostly be Eastern Indian owners in the Long Beach area in Cali. They think you are being honored to buy from them, not the other way around. They are filthy rich by India standards for those who are not familiar with India's economy and the ugly treatment towards their own. They carry this attitude here, reflecting this character to customers here. WE, the CUSTOMER and OUR MONEY SUPPORT your RUDE BUTTS WITH NASTY ATTITUDES. WE ADE WHAT KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS! You THANK ME! Show some respect people! I say start boycotting businesses where these owners act like they are doing you a FAVOR BY "LETTING" you shop their 7/11 or stay at their overpriced Motel 6 or ** motel. Boycott! See them change their tune when they experience one.

I have good to say and I have areas where there could be improvement on the owners part if my opinion matters to the need of their star rating to increase if they would only do what is obviously needing improvement, guarenteed to increase their revenue unless they are filthy rich and don't need solid bookings like other competition. No skin of my back. First off, that reflective window they hide behind when working out getting a room. It is very disturbing for one to not be able to converse with a business of any kind where you CAN NOT make EYE CONTACT. It is rude, unfriendly and intimidating. If this window shows into their personal space, construct a partition/screen INSIDE that blocks prying eyes. Spend a buck and replace premolded shower insert and get rid of the tacky slop job patching of the one in the room. Spend the buck and at least hire a professional drywaller who can fix the half-assed, ugly patch job obviously done by someone who has no idea what they are doing, then PAINT! PAINT is not going to break the bank unless Harris follows Biden in the Nuthouse. I see a lawsuit in the future for this place if you don't change the smooth, slippery when wet tile in at least the bathroom. I slipped x2, but caught myself. I have already fractured my back in two places and broken my left hip from falls. Hip was a fall from walking on motor oil on my neighbors driveway when it was raining. It's not pretty. I already had a discussion with the lady owner about tactless and immoral business practices, particularly when you subject good customers to the fact of your rule to not automatically return their security deposit upon checkout and return of your key and remote control. To say too late when checking back in on the same day and customer realized this was overlooked and you have the "Too bad, so sad" attitude which just is dishonest. Otherwise, I saw no cockroaches, nor bedbugs in my 4 day stay. The staff was fine too. Nothing resembling bullet holes or patching of any did I see. If someone saw dirty needles outside the bathroom window I had, they would of had to stand on toilet, remove a perfectly intact screen and hung out the window to seen such a thing. Rooms were clean. The shower curtain did see signs of the start of mold in a small spot at its bottom area. For the price and location, their price is a deal. I have paid more and had much worse just up the road from this motel and it is walking distance to gas, fast food, liquor store, nail shop, two gas station, donut shop, laundrymat, storage and more. She yells and screams something⦠to get teh hell off her property (our stay had been problem free and quiet mind you), and at 11:10 she shows up with a goon with a gun. Threatening physical violence, barging in the room, driving me out and then a second guy comes in and pulls a gun out on tony, my partner. Heās rushed out the door, adn of course they profit by denying that my iPhone SE is in there. We see it clearly on the screen and when asked later, we are again threatened with out lives and driven off the site, being told lies that they dont have it when findmy app clearly places it, charging, in their office. We did NOTHING to gain her wrath or disgust other than simply existing. *If this place burns to the ground, Long Beach will be a happier, more welcoming city by far. Shame on them..
