Pinches Pizzas — Restaurant in Long Beach

I had a really bad experience with them.I had my order delivered to me and my order was completely done wrong. It started with just getting the wrong soda and asking about my peppercini's.When I told the delivery lady by the name of Maria she didn't understand me as she only understood Spanish. I tried to explain what was wrong with the order she called the restuarant and spoke to someone in Spanish about my order. So I thought the problem was being resolved with the phone call well apparently not because then she tells me " you don't want your order?" And is getting ready to just take it back my order without telling me anything after I just paid for it with my credit card. I told her wait a minute your not going to just take the food and I just paid for it without explaining anything to me are you crazy. Then walks away yelling you calling me stupid? and mumbling something bad to me in Spanish. This lady was very unprofessional with her conduct and ou don't treat your customers in this manner regardless of language barriers. I was so upset and was gonna just eat my pizza. I got fettuccine that I didn't ask for no pineapple or xtra pepperoni. I packed it up and went to the restaurant and gave it back. Got my money put back on my card .But feel that nothing was resolved even I apologized to the delivery lady but apparently she still had a bad attitude WOW!! And it wasn't...

Aside from finding the name hilarious, I found an awesome pizza spot in Long Beach.

To start off the prices are fair and the pizza is fantastic. You wouldn't think that this place would be anything special based on the location and exterior, but inside you'll find delicious pizza with super friendly staff.

We got the classic pepperoni and BBQ wings.

The Pizza: Cheese was nice and melty. It was stretchy and reminiscent of something you’d see in a commercial for a good Pizza. The sauce was nice and tangy with a slight sweetness, The pepperoni had a nice crisp around the edges that I love. Speaking of crisp, the edges of the crust had a nice crunch to it while the rest was nice and soft. If this Pizza was a student, it'd pass with honors.

The Wings: The wings were overall nice too. They had a slight crunch to them, but were still soft from the sauce. The wing itself was a bit juicer than expected. My only gripe would be the sauce. It wasn't anything special. Tasted like regular BBQ Sauce you'd get at the grocery store. Not bad by any means, just not as nice as they could have been. These wings would be a B student that's trying extremely hard to get an A.

To me, the sauce was not good, the crust was a bit dry, and the lady who took my order was unprofessional when she picked up the phone. I felt like I was calling some random person's house. For me, I don't care if someone has an accent. But if you're working the phones, I would appreciate it if basic comprehension was there. The parking was horrible, with little to none, and customers were standing around. It was hard to tell who was in line and who was waiting. I would never eat at this place again.

Response to store- Unfortunately, my visit was a year ago, and the ICE raids weren't going on. I just so happened to write a recent review bcuz it came up on my Google history to write something.
