Unity Hotel — Hotel in Long Beach

This is by far the WORST experience I ever had with a hotel!!!! If I can give them 0 stars I would. Booked a reservation for 3 ppl 1 adult & 2 kids under 10. Lady yelled and told me to change my reservation and I was confused becuz I came earlier that day to speak with her and make sure everything was good. After telling them I came and they said everything was okay I was told to cancel my reservation. Staff is very rude and very confrontational. This hotel more like a motel needs NEW MANAGEMENT or needs to be torn down. I didn't even get a chance to see the room but just walking up the stairs to the office was very filthy. Worst...

These owners are very rude ... They love to talk down at people not to them ... If you have a minor issue they will not properly discuss the issue with you They will not want to hear you out or your side of the issue it's one sided and they will tell you if you don't like it get out. they will also steal your deposit and say that you didn't pay one , and there are doing this on purpose which is why they won't accept credit cards or debit cards like a normal hotel .and they refuse to give...

This place is a dump. I went to pick up a friend from here.When I went up the stairs it smell like feet an cheetoes.The doors on the inside didn;t have numbers so i went to the door that said office.Why some little oger looking lady come out a say get the hell out of here. She was one of the rudest ladys I ever met in my life. When she was running up on me I could smell nothing but onions. Ill never step foot close to that...
