Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs! I don’t even know where to begin. This place should be condemned. As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit with a wave of musty, sour air—but that was just the beginning. The blanket and sheets were covered in yellow stains, like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The pillows were equally disgusting, stained and foul-smelling. But the worst part? There was dried blood and vomit on the walls and door. Literal biohazards. It was so vile, I couldn’t believe a hotel would let guests stay in a room in that condition. We stayed for barely two hours—just long enough to realize it was completely uninhabitable. We reported it immediately and left, but despite all of that, we were denied a refund for the night. Their reasoning? We had “checked in.” As if stepping into that health hazard of a room should count as a legitimate stay. Absolutely shameful. No one should ever be subjected to these conditions, let alone be charged for it. Do not stay here. Don’t risk your health, your money, or your sanity. It’s one thing if I stayed The night but I legit Left and slept in my car due to severely disgusted I was. No hotels nearby were available due to the warped tour festival. Ridiculous that I lost My money for the first night because they were too prideful instead of just admitting the room was so gross. Lesson learned

The rooms are nice inside and my room did not smell. It’s on a busy road so you will hear the sound of traffic. Room service is limited they don’t come in and automatically change blankets and that sort of thing every day I think it’s may be only by request that’s OK with me because I don’t need all that. last year I stayed at quality Inn which is just down the road about 1 mile and I think this is just a better value parking lot is very well lit and I didn’t have any other issues. I also really love tile floor instead of carpet it doesn’t have an older clean and the interior is nice and bright. It’s not as nice as the Waldorf Astoria in orange county that I stayed at a couple of years ago but it also doesn’t cost over $1000 a night.

The hot tub still had dirty water in it. They had horrible Wi-Fi. The bedding had a stain on the sheet, and there was some weird dry rotted wood underneath the fridge. The thing that upset me the most is that they photo copied my credit card and ID. Huge No No! That's how identity theft and credit card fraud happens. I requested that page back. I got it, but still the thought of my info just around for anyone to steal is so scary and upsetting. The guy at the counter said they shred it after, but I don't know that for sure. Also, how do I know that it hasn't been stolen already all the days that I had been checked in there? Other than that my stay was fine.

I have never been more disappointed in a hotel stay in my life. My husband and I stayed overnight at the Days Inn (City Center) in Long Beach on 10/12/2019 while traveling through California. We were disgusted by the lack of cleanliness in our accommodations. From unclean surface areas, to broken doorways (patio), to a complete infestation of ants in the bathroom and sleeping areas - the room was not fit for rental. The receiving area was so small that only a few people could fit in the room at a time. Every available surface was sticky and unclean. The food offered was stale and expired - except for the bananas. The staff were friendly (and apologetic) when we could find someone - but were rarely available. The grounds were unsafe. Many times we noticed people (not guests of the hotel) wandering the parking lot peering into people's vehicles and looming near the vending area - although the vending machines did not work. The glass patio door of our guestroom was open when we arrived. The patio screen door was detached and just sitting up against the wall in the patio area. The room stank of mold and feces (I think that is what that smell was...). The couch still held a previous tenant's sexual aide under one cushion, and the surface was sticky (gross! - was this room available for rent by the hour??), the bathroom sink area was overrun with ants (that came from the drain and a hole in the ceiling), and the bedroom was crawling with ants (along the crown moulding at the top of the walls, all over the end tables, and hundreds -maybe even thousands- along the headboard). My husband recorded the entire disgusting thing on his cell phone (including the telephone clearly displaying the room #, the clock, and the guest key). We had originally planned to stay 2 nights but were so disgusted that we canceled the next days' reservation and left as fast as we could get a cab to pick us up. We were told there were no other rooms available, and every other hotel I called was booked already (it was after 9 pm). I was told I needed to speak to the assistant manager the next morning, who never arrived (as far as we were aware). We spoke with other guests the next morning who experienced many of the same issues that we did. Several people chose to congregate in the parking lot (waiting for rides) after the sun came up (as did we) rather than staying one more second inside their "guestrooms." As far as we are concerned, this horrible establishment should...

GROSS BEDS & HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!|This was a terrible experience & completely turned me OFF from this hotel chain! My husband and I stayed here 1 night. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, simply CLEAN & satisfactory nights rest before our long flight the next day. Upon entering the room it looked ok except for a few minor cleaning issues I wouldn’t have complained about. BUT the bathroom & entire sink area were infested with ants. AND THE BED!!!! NIGHTMARE! The sheets had pee stains. I immediately called the gal at the front desk & she came with fresh sheets that had stains, then the 3rd set looked clean. (I was worried, but try to give the benefit of the doubt) She was very nice & apologized for the nasty sheets. I told her I’ll help & we both started taking off the bedding only revealing more horror!! The bed was not just a little peed on, the mattress topper was SOAKED IN PEE!!!! To make it worse, whoever made the pee bed put new sheets on top of the pools of pee so it soaked through!! The gal was disgusted too, she called the housekeeper who was available. She said how horrible this was too! I asked for another room, but she told me they were full. Both gals were communicating with the manager this whole time & both told us the manager promised to fix this awful experience & make it right by us 1st thing. We were exhausted & it was late, so we decided to stay after they had removed everything from the bed. It was an aweful night! Not to mention the noise outside from traffic & several unsavory people roaming the parking lot just hanging out. In the morning we asked for the manager & were told he’s not coming. I asked to call him, but the contact card for the manager is a fake, with only the front desk # on it instead of the managers. We asked what was going to be done for this horrible experience & he said the manager is fully aware, even left a note, & is not going to do anything about it. He got him on the phone & he still did not care at all!! He said he didn’t care to act on his disgusting hotel accommodations since we stayed. READ REVIEWS!! Gross accommodations & a completely unprofessional, inept manager who does not care at all about his guests, his hotel, and hides behind his employees in order for them to handle his responsibilities. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! IT SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED OR A REAL MANAGER TAKE OVER & RENOVATE...

01/06/2018----Came early about 2:30 pm. Asked the front desk clerk if I can check in she said no it should be 3 pm. That I have to pay $35.00 even I have to check in 30 minutes before.Asked if she can take my informations like my driving licence etc. She said NO but she asked for $50.00 cash for incidentals. I said I didn't have cash. I have credit and debit card with me and she said it has to have a chip. All my credit and debit cards have chips. Now she's sayin it has to be cash. She told me to WALK to CVS ATM to get money which I did after a deep breath. (She can't take my informations BUT she will take my cash???) Then I was asking for a receipt for my $50.00 but she said she will put it all together with the rest of informations at 3 pm. This time I said NO! I said write it down with your signature which she did and still she said she will work with me at 3 pm. Put my alarm at 2:58 and still said no. Came 3 pm and there's a lot of guests already. She assisted me past 3 pm because of the other guests. Then I got the card key. I rushed to the assigned room BUT THE KEY DIDN'T WORK!! Then 2 of the guests next to me helped but still didn't work. I called the front desk and helped me to open the door. Then there was another problem. This room didn't have a table which I needed. I ate my food at the SINK top. I called to request one but the man from front desk said my company didn't request for a table and he even told me that he didn't know that I needed a table. He told me if I need a table I have to wait 2 days before I can get a table. I called other Days Inn and they told me to insist on it because all rooms should...
