Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Long Beach

Usually have a great experience here, i was in the drive thru at 2:22am in my tow truck and they acted like they closed. Didnt say hello or we cant serve you or anything. And we usually come here on graveyard because we cant go through any other drive thrus because of our trucks being too big. So reversed to let a gentleman with a regular toyota truck in and the lady gets right in the speaker and takes his order. She or whoever needs to be disciplined for this. I was about to spend at least 40 dollars for all my night crews food. But she lost that and maybe mine and my companies business. Very poor customer service. And if your not going go serve big trucks in the drive thru, then open the doors. We would like to eat also........wish i could get the corporate office number for complaints . Because this lady nedds to be fired for this and for losing...

NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE!!!

My husband and I went through Drive thru. The Lady was in such a rush. She cut us off before we had completed our order.

Then on top of that, They gave us the wrong order. So we had an appt. After our appt we took the order back (coffee and everything). Never got an apology for inconvenience, nothing. No regret no remorse from person in charge or supv. No one had Name Tags on. When I asked the person in charge for names she said she could not give names out. The person on register she said it was her 1st day. I understand that. She was rude and should not be in front yet. Period. The food was ok. Horrible Experience. Customer Service definitely is NOT 🚫 what it use to be. Especially at Jack in the Box. No have a nice day....

I asked the guy on the drive thru for a medium coffee and he asks is that all? I say yes. I drive up he gives me a small. I ask him is that a medium? He said its regular do u just want it dark? I tell him no. I want a medium with 5 sugars 5 creams. Well i ended up with a large since they dont have medium. I apologized because im still asleep. He replied rudely that will help you. And gave me 5 creams and 4 sugars and never gave me my reciept or asked if i needed anything else. Very rude. I want my...
