Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Long Beach

Aww man, after midnight, got hungry, searched up fast food open near me... Found Jack. Opened his app and started browsing... Thought, aight, good deal. Transferred money. Placed order. Got to the drive through and wha wha whaaa... They no have any orders for that name. So she says, you sure you placed your order for this location, I'm thinking, duh, of course i did.. i show her the app and it is showing this address. So in her awesome, polite, wanting to help and get you squared away, she asks if they took the money from your account... Cha Ching, no they did not. Hmm. She ever so politely asks for me to go around out of the drive-thru over to Jack in the box number one parking stall and if I place the order again she will bring it out to me. I'm thinking really I'm ready to just balance I'm ready to go home it's late but I circle the building, I placed my order and I found in doing so the first time around I didn't click the final button that said place order, DOH!

Suzie was so nice so helpful and when she brought my food out I pointed out to her a screenshot of right where I never clicked 'place order' to which she responds with sympathy and frustration, I use the website to plane my orders, I like it better than the app. Live and learn... It's always a lot easier to do when you are faced with Suzie! if you could clone her, all your restaurants would be better off. Thank you Suzie. Such a pleasant experience. I can just picture this type of issue happening elsewhere and having a rude, don't care about your issues, why are you still here, why you still wasting my time, type of ass munch to be faced with. ...

Food is ok the staff is friendly but service is slow even when there not busy, it takes just as long for a cashier to take your order as it dose for the cooks to make your food. I've been 4 times the first 2 times I went in side there were people either waiting for food or waiting just to order. When I went threw the drive threw the took my order than ask me to go wait in priority parking for some reason they weren't busy, the look on the customer face waiting in the other priority parking spot was priceless when I got my food before them considering they were waiting before I ordered. The last time I went in there was a car waiting in priority 2 waiting in the drive threw, 4 people waiting to order and several people waiting for food. I said forget it and went...

This restaurant is as reliable as the McDonald's mcflurry machine. I've been I think three times both times have had to go home empty handed because of "cleaning" really bummed about this since it's literally on the corner of the major cross streets to my neighborhood. But the one on redondo and pch has always got my back.

Update as of: 8‐11‐2023,I show up at 11:30pm for a guilty pleasure night cap. Snoop dog meal after seeing it on a commercial the same day. Was told they can't do that meal anymore due to not having anymore of the items available. It's 11:30pm I'm not driving to redondo and pch so I settled for food I really didn't want for $26 with no drinks.... one box and a bag with two tacos. What in the world...
