I stopped by at Optum Urgent care because I started with mild soar throat for a couple of days, and for my surprise because I stated that I have only a soar throat for a couple a days the female “Medical Assistant” that is seating at the front door, due to her lack of information and ignorance of her of not knowing the difference between Flue symptoms, Cold symptoms and COVID-19 symptoms, out of the question she decided to send me to the tent were Covid-19 suspect are sent to be evaluated. I don't know how they have 5 star review. I laughed when I read that review that they are caring people. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I was at the counter and I heard the nurse who was disgusted at my prior patient saying "He touched the pen it's so disgusting" and went on to apply the sanitizer. Please do not advertise as if you guys care. That nurse who is African American lady does not care and behaves as if she is doing us a favour by allowing us to see the doctors. She was sitting in the far left of the three booths they have. We pay you and we are not begging to see a doctor. Medical career is considered to be a noble career but not for you guys. It's a pure business. You call your facility as urgent care I don't know how. There is a wait for already 4 hours and you guys decide who will get in the line first. Lakesha the LAZY door monitor was so distraught she had to get out of her chair to come to the door for us. I don't think she was prepared to be called out on rolling her eyes, which my elderly mother and I observed her do as she came to the door.

I was told to wait in the car, but requested to be with my mother during her visit. There was another couple in the lobby and I inquired why it was okay for them and not us. I was told that I wasn't allowed to speak to other patients, I can respect that. However, I was not impressed with her lack of respect for our situation.
