Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Long Beach

Do not eat here!!! Very poor customer service, the woman here stay with attitudes, with nasty face expressions. This place needs a complete new employees and management. The last 3 times I've been here has been a mess. 2 times I've came and didn't receive my whole orders and dealt with attitudes. This current time I had attitudes from the start from both cashier and manager. They had no uniforms on nor gloves..and taking pictures of me and my car because I let them know in advance I will be reaching out to their corporate headquarters because the service and food is ridiculously bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here to eat if you aren't prepared to be let down or think skin to deal with their attitudes. The Bums outside their doors doesn't make it any better asking for money and food. This place needs to be shut down as a Chef this is a grade F place. Again all employees need to be replaced with better attitudes and management. I will post a review everything i come here until corporate headquarters fixes this place and employees. First off I would like to say that I have usually had positive experiences here. I left my food in my booth to use the restroom and I came back to find my food gone. The manager threw it in the trash thinking that I had left. I explained that I had food that wasn't even opened yet. They threw away a Meat lovers burrito unopened a chocolate cake half of my chili cheese curly fries and my my chocolate shake. When I told her everything they threw away she gave me my burrito my chili fries and my shake. Itild her to give me my cake and my churros. So she goes to the trash can to see if I was lying. I got offended and told her who throws away all this food? I don't think I will be eating there anymore. She literally shook her head in front of everyone like I was lying even after she looked in the trash. I really liked this location in particular.. I can honestly say that most places now a days lack any real type of customer service. I do not know if the ppl who are suppose 2 be working &providing that costumer service just do not realise without each&every single customer that comes in is literally the reason 4 them even having a job&even more so,each customer pays their bills literally..IF PPL WOULD REMEMBER THIS VERY TRUE FACT MAYBE THEY WOULD ACTUALLY BE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.
