Subway sucks, Jersey Mike's rules! A nice, plump submarine sandwich was just what my tummy was craving. All the more so when it's free! While the various cheese steaks looked mighty tempting, an Original Italian with it's six cold cuts of meat, was too enticing to pass up.

Original Italian (Giant-sized) Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami & pepperoni. Extra Mike's Way (tomatoes, onions, lettuce, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, salt), pickles and banana peppers for good measure. Rosemary parmesan bread. Giant-sized is indeed a massive behemoth, of which I had a bit of a difficult time finishing. But finishing it, I did, because I'm a boss. Every bite of the Original Italian was delicious, and had me wondering why I don't eat sub sandwiches more often?

Service was great. The staff were quick slicing the meat, and assembling all the ingredients for my wonder sandwich. A few table to dine at. Jersey Mike's is located at the Long Beach Town Centre, inbetween In N' Out and Barnes and Nobles.

That Original Italian had me satiated for the entire day! Jersey Mike's provides high quality sandwiches, and is one of my favorite birthday month freebies, which I look forward to every year....

If you want decent customer service do not go to this location, employees are so rude and condescending, they don’t care because they know that the owner of this location doesn’t return calls, there is no number you can call so they think, you have to file online for a call back they say 48 hours to get a call back, NOT TRUE! I’m on day 3, if you mobile order even worse they give the food however they want, when you try to tell them your order wrong, you get a oh ya call the manager, I asked for the number he said he didn’t know it REALLY! I called later to see if another employee would be helpfull, I was so wrong, he gave me a number that was disconnected! I don’t like writing bad reviews but, this...

Employees could definitely pay a little more attention and LISTEN to what the customer is saying. Terrible customer service. Ordered a 13 (Italian) on parm bread and a 14 (veggie) with no cheese on wheat. Had to emphasize to 3 different employees after the initial order "no cheese on the veggie". After explaining three times that I wanted no onions on the 13 I began to feel incredibly frustrated and I looked away for less than a minute and ended up with an Italian on half parm-half wheat with no cheese and a veggie on half wheat and the cheesy side of the Parm bread.
