Really bummed to leave this review because I had high hopes for this place and I want it to do well so that the town center can return to its former glory. Let me start with the compliment; the food was insanely good. We got 3 different meals and all 3 were delicious. That’s why it’s 2 stars instead of 1. However, it’s one of those places where you order at a cash register. When I went to tap my card to pay, I didn’t notice there was a tip button there, bc why the actual F would I tip someone for taking my order at a register? So when I went to tap my card, it tapped one of the tip buttons, which START at like 20% and go up to 25%… absurd. So then it’s like okay well I accidentally tipped 25%, hopefully now we’re at least treated well… oh boy was I wrong in hoping that. When our food finally did come, it came with ZERO napkins. I went walking around the restaurant- they don’t even have napkins out. That’s how obsessed with inventory the owners/ managers are. They don’t even leave napkins out. So you have to literally go ask for napkins, which I did 3 separate times. Never received any napkins. And their sandwiches/ burgers are MESSY. You need not just a couple napkins, you need a ton of napkins. We ended up going the whole meal without ever receiving any napkins even though we requested them 3 separate times. We ended up having to go next door afterwards to wash our hands. You’re charging like $20 per sandwich, expecting tips at 20% or more, and you can’t even provide something as simple as napkins? That’s just greed. It’s manipulative. It’s terrible business practice. And it’s not okay. So I won’t be returning and I will continue to be telling everyone about this experience. I just realized I’ve been walking around telling other people these things without ever leaving anything directly to the business for their awareness, so that’s why I’m here now.

Been here twice first time ordered for my family of six. Four kids all the burgers were cooked to medium rare for kids they hated it but it was good! Me and wife decided to go back again yesterday this time we got asked what temp we want burgers we said well done they were still pink on the inside and also after 35 minutes we got our order brought to us burger wasn’t hot nor was the fries the were hard kind of rubbery and cold we asked for fries fresh we waited and waited and ended up eating entire burgers with two cups of soda but no fries still I went back to get a refund on fries was then ask if we still wanted the fries the refund we was told that we could leave and money will come back later but we decided to wait for the manager we let him know what happen also told him burger temps wasn’t good now twice on separate visits he didn’t seem to care or apologize actually look a little upset he also was eating a burger while serving people and preparing food for customers which is unacceptable the customer service was only good from the cashier this is a good place but I would consider going to a new location that has a better leadership and can actually hit the temps...

Really disappointed with one of my go to places. Pretty much tried everything on the menu at least once. So it begins, 820pm on 1/6/25. Elizabeth was at the counter doing a money drop and pretty much ignoring us. She was not pleasant and seemed stadoffish a d cold. When we started to order, the computers froze. She tried a restart and still did not work. She said she would need to call a manager and it would be a while. We'll crap, it's now 830 and they close at 9. We drove here just to eat. So now what? So I said, sure we'll wait, a drink would be nice while we wait to maybe order and eat. She said here's a water cup. I asked her for a soda cup and she just looked at me.....I took that as a no. I really like the food, but the staff is hit or miss. If you don't know, the place isn't really hoppin, so loosing clients isn't what you'd expect the employees to want. Well Elizabeth didn't seem to care as we walked out....not sure if it's worth...
