I had the worst experience here! I will never again go to this location, this franchisee needs to be fired and the restaurant given to someone else.
I get in at about 11:30 to order lunch, I go to stand in line at the cash register, only there are 6 people in front of me in line. No worries I think, only there is no cashier. There is a worker heading in and out of the building, but they dont even make eye contact to the people in line. The person at the front yells for a manager, and he pops out briefly only to say "please wait"
So no one greeted me when I came in, when workers walked by they didnt say "sorry for the wait" it took someone shouting at the back to get anyone to say anything. Then after a while, someone came and took the first person's order, then disappeared and let the other 5 people in line waiting with no assurance they would be back.
I thought, well... I guess you order at a kiosk at this location, so I did. I order a 1/4lber meal, a filet o fish and a 6 piece happy meal, all for 28.19. Also, the kiosk didnt give me a receipt. But no worries, I remember my number and will get it when its called.
only I waited for another 20 minutes with no food. At this point I give up. I would have talked to someone, but I didn't want to shout at the kitchen as there was no cashier for the entire 20 minutes I waited. So I left and didn't get my thirty dollars of food.
I have had numerous horrible experiences at this location and I promise you I will never return. I am a former McDonalds employee, I have a lot of great experiences with the brand, and I am super disappointed that you would allow someone to run their business this horribly. I know that McDonalds can do better, but am frankly curious how you can allow this franchise to...
Read moreCustomers are treated by class and are discriminated upon. If you are from a local school, a business person, mothers homeschooling your children, college students or customers who spend time on their laptops do not stand a chance. You are told by the managers there is a 2 hour limit you have to move on. They prefer the homeless go away altogether. They have money too. But they pick and choose who they want to harass. There could be up to 6 customers all working ( and eating ) on laptops or projects and they will narrow it down to one or two they want to run out of there. It is all how you dress and present yourself. Their holier than thou take on who is good enough to frequent their establishment is beyond reason. If you do not fit in , you are out. The unfairness has to stop. This is a public establishment and all are entitled to enjoy their food and dining experience. I strongly suggest that If you can do without their food ( it is good ) go to Wendy's or Carl;s Jr., or Burger King down the street for fairness in how you are treated. There are many other good restaurants in the area that will welcome your business and not treat you like a 2nd class citizen. You do not rate on food alone, and for this, I would not...
Read moreWhat can I say about McDonald’s that hasn’t been already said. I have noticed with my last few visits that if you order in person or drive-through. It’s just not as good as getting with the app. Now as far as customizing your items ordered. They are more accurate when ordering with the app. If you come at lunch or dinner time it seems to me the food is pre cooked for the most part and fries are not as fresh as if I order with extra salt. That has been hit and miss and sometimes they just give you a slat packet and not give fresh fries with extra salt when they first come out of the frier since it sticks better. Last night I paid extra to avoid the McDouble cheese burger to get the real double cheeseburger and I got to say they nailed it out of the park. I appreciate when you customize your order and it is executed correctly and that is what motivated me to...
