CoffeeDrunk — Restaurant in Long Beach

I’ve been a loyal customer at Coffee Drunk on Atlantic ever since my household left Starbucks, believing we had found a better coffee experience. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I’m starting to think we made the wrong choice—not because of the coffee itself, but because of how customer service is handled.

I ordered three large Instigators, but the barista made them incorrectly. Instead of remaking the drinks properly, they just added more ice and milk, completely diluting the coffee. When I asked for a shot of coffee to fix the drink, I was told there would be an extra charge because the size was wrong—even though the mistake wasn’t mine. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, just a dismissive response that left me feeling like my business didn’t matter.

Mistakes happen, but what really defines a place is how they handle them. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I’ve supported this place for a long time, but after this, I’ll just take my business elsewhere to a coffee shop that values...

I came to the soft opening of Coffee Drunk on Atlantic and WOW. Every location is so special in its own way and has its own personality. This one is of course decorated so cute/trendy (like all of them), super open with a nice patio area to hangout/enjoy, an area with merchandise (bought the cutest tumbler), refrigerated items, pastries, all the picturesque decor…. You won’t leave without taking a million photos.😍😍 The staff is incredible as always, recognized me when I walked in the door and made me feel right at home! My 2 drinks were ready within minutes of ordering and the staff was super attentive - making sure I had straws, lemons, sugar! Whatever I may need. I can’t wait to continue coming back!❤️ THANK YOU...

One of the Coffee Drunk chain locations. It's small but it has covered outdoor seating. It's a little pricey but good coffee. Their mixed coffee doesn't seem too sweet, which is good. Gluten free pastry options. Free street parking. Dog friendly but no free dog treats. Restroom inside. The service can be a little slow sometimes when they are busy. The music can be loud depending on where you sit.

They have occasional local stores come in on some weekends. They had a gluten free local doughnut store one day, people could buy their doughnuts in the store and they also had...
