Long Beach Clothing Co. — Local services in Long Beach

I placed an order online 1/28/15 and still to this day 6/24/15 have yet to receive my package. I have emailed several times and called the location about once a month, each time they take my name and number down and 0 response from it. Today i spoke to the store manager trying to just get a refund to be done with this company, and he gives me the run around saying his boss house burnt down and they are having a hard time, which don't get me wrong i wouldn't wish that upon anyone but it boils down to customer service. I don't understand how hard it is to issue a refund let alone just email me back to let me know something, anything! When i asked the store manager for a higher up's contact info he said he can not give it out i told him i want to speak to someone who can help. He said the best he can do is call the accountant who hardly answers his phone calls. I find it very disturbing they cant issue a simple refund after 7 months! So i'm assuming the way they are keeping their business afloat is by stealing...

I purchased a shirt online and paid with PayPal. I waited over a week and no confirmation that my order was ever received or shipped so I sent them an email and requested they look into it. I received a very unprofessional email sent by an anonymous iPhone stating they would look into it and get back me. I waited another week after no follow up and contacted PayPal. I used to love this shop, I grew up in the area and love the designs and quality. I recently did a job out there and quickly popped in for a few gifts and I noticed the designs are still awesome and the print quality as well as embroidery are outstanding. The only thing that saddened me was the garment quality. You can tell the garment is a lot cheaper, they feel like that Gildan coarse cheap cotton. For the price I'm sure you guys can source a better quality. I still love the shop I just want the OG " my fav shirt" feeling again, see...
