Subway — Restaurant in Long Beach

I CAME TO GET A CHICKEN BROTH FROM THERE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP, THE GENTLEMAN DIDN'T KNOW WHAT A BROTH IS. I ALSO REQUESTED TO PUT IT IN A CUP INSTEAD OF A BOWL. SINCE I WANTED TO DRINK IT AS I DRIVING HOME. THE WORKER AND THE MANAGER COULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION FROM A CUP OR A BOWL. I WAS CHARGE FOR BOTH EMPTY BOWL AND THE CUP. INSTEAD OF 2.90 had to pay 5.10 Just bad customer service I don't see anyone would go and beyond FOR someone who was sick who just wanted a CHICKEN BROTH. I cheated my self with no noodles and...

These people are rude, from the employees to the owner. I came , there were 4 ppl ahead of me & I asked to use restroom. I was told I have to buy something first!! Later, I was sitting at an outdoor table and had already finished my food , owner comes out of restaurant ( he had been in and out several times before) and says no dogs!!rather loudly , Pointing at my service animal. I told him he was a service animal and offered to show him his tags. He just said oh, ok. And...

I went to subway on 3400. And the two young ladies that work there have a beautiful personality and have beautiful spirits within them. They both have good customer service and excellent communication skills. She made me A pastrami sandwich 🥪 just the way I liked it. The other young lady is so family oriented, I felt like she was my sister from another mother. Both of the young ladies there were fantastic. I will be going back there again. Keep up the good work...
