Sunny Donuts — Restaurant in Long Beach

My family and I love going to mom & pop shops to help local businesses so we decided to get some breakfast sandwiches and drinks today. There was no one in the store. My daughter placed her order and they never asked if anyone else in our party wanted anything. A few people came in after us and they took their orders ignoring my husband and son who were standing at the counter. My daughter told them that we were all together and they still continued to ignore us. We ended up walking out and going to Streelcraft down the street. Horrible customer service. We will never go back...

4/27/22 I Stop At This Donut Shop To Order A Sandwich Made My Order I Thought I Paid For The Combo Order I See Change At Counter Thought It Was My Change So I Ask The Young Lady Was This My Change And She Said No I Seriously Thought I Gave Her $20.00 So She Offered For Me To View Cameras I Said Okay And I Repeated What I Thought. Terrible service, no customer service skills at all. I asked for a ham and cheese croissant and they told me it would take a minute to make because they were out..so I waited and when they gave it to me half of the cheese was melted and the other half was still cold, the ham was also cold, it was nasty.
