The Burger Den — Restaurant in Long Beach

I would normally rate this place at five. However, tonight I got beer battered onion rings. See photos for proof that the beer batter is less than fluffy, entirely flat, and there’s more batter than ring. They were fine, I ate some anyway because I was starving. If you get delivery, fries will be cold. However being that they are wavy, they are also sort of a ribbon cut so compared to other fried potatoes, they’re OK cold with extra salt. The bacon me crazy burger is usually spot on - I mean through the roof. For example, I still have a half of one left in the fridge from the last time I ordered, and I went ahead and got the same thing tonight delivered ‘fresh/hot’.. This time around the cheese was nonexistent. I asked for extra mayo, which was missing, and hardly any tomato - not fresh. This was hugely disappointing as it’s my number 1 Favorite Pl. to go for a burger. I’m so bummed to give it three stars. I had way higher expectations...
