The Wicked Wolf Tea Lounge & Café — Restaurant in Long Beach

Would recommend to share with friends, 2 or more! The tea is loose leaf and you can smell before you select. I had the Poet's Tea and it was wonderful. The sandwiches are generous portion, so bring an appetite. The scones are nice and buttery, soft, but not overly dry (and a small disc of clotted cream in the shape of a flower). They are the proper texture and consistency. Came with fruit, Madeline cookies (like a soft Biscoff cookies), small macaroons, and small crispy waffle disc (malt and vanilla flavor).

There's art along the walls, nice seats and tables to pull together if you have more than 2 in your party. The cups, plates and utensils are typical charming tea time.

The service was warm, open, and not pushy at all. We never felt rushed. They were very knowledgeable and would work with you on any dietary restrictions. I don't drink, so they made my mimosa (included in the tea service) as non-alcoholic.

Apparently, this place also hosts many community events. There was a book club happening while we were there, but they were upstairs (which i think is outside on the roof).
