I ordered pizza for here on 9/19 just before 11:30. My order arrive at just after noon. Which was fine. When I looked at my order, my order was wrong. Not one thing was correct.
I called to speak with a manager who's name is Jeff. I told him what was wrong with my order. He did not ONCE apologize for the mess up, but instead covered his ass by giving me excuses. That the system was hard to navigate, and that was the reason for the missing soda. When it came to my food being burned, he told me that the oven they use causes food to be cooked right and burned, or undercooked and not burned. He told me he can send me wings that are undercooked to prevent it from being burned.... who offers that kind of a solution!? It was almost nauseating.
Jeff did send a drive to bring the extra soda and send a new salad with no green peppers. When that drive arrived, he literally opened the salad and stuck his hands in it to hand me the balsamic cup that was in there. I wanted to vomit because I know that they are going to just put a new cup in it and send it to the next person who orders a garden salad. It was gross and the driver didn't look so clean himself.
I do see that a manager of some sort has replied to two of the reviews and has a snarky and rude undertone. I don't know who taught this place customer service, but they need to find a new trainer. Customer service is what will keep you business alive.

Read morePlaced in order pick up and when arrived to the store associate said we will have the order ready soon, minutes went by and we noticed that maybe the order was already in the warming oven. So we asked to see if the order was ready again, which order was Already ready and just sitting. Upon being in the lobby, watching the employee at the front counter they were not attentive and they had their back turned to the counter on their cell phone when We came to get our order. They were still missing items that we had placed and additional items that we had paid for in store. while we were waiting afterwards, making the comment of asking the employee not to be on their cell phone and not have their back turned to the door so they are more attentive to the customers they said associate had flipped me off and given me a false name as Steven. After calling the associate then gave their real name. If so as Jared the manager in charge, Hayley was not helpful and very degrading in her conversation and made false accusations of the interaction with her team based on what they told her with her, not even being present during this interaction, she proceeded to hang up on me three times and said I can figure it out myself get the corporate line that’s not her problem absolutely not the type of behavior if you were trying to put somebody in charge of your business, she stated that she was too busy and couldn’t handle talking to a customer over the phone. I have multiple witnesses during this interaction and it is unprofessional for the conduct that happened this evening she had refused along with her staff to give me the contact information of the general manager, and the district manager to file a complaint. Read moreI’m not sure what happened at this location, but it has gone very downhill lately. Out of the last five times I’ve put in an order three of the times they simply lost my order and I had to wait while they remade it. The last time I ordered using my blackjack rewards. I got my pizza, but it was only half done. Meaning like there was only toppings on half of the pizza. When I called to complain when I got home, I was told I could either come get a new one which meant driving 15 miles back-and-forth, or getting in store credit. I asked for credit. I called today to try and use that in-store credit and no one knew what I was talking about or couldn’t find anything in the system saying that I had a credit. I will never order from this blackjack again, it used to be so good and now it’s just awful. The one in Loveland is always great
Update 10/22/24 Thought I would give these guys another try. Even worse than before same thing happened Where my pizza was mysteriously lost when I went to pick it up. I was told it would be 15 minutes longer, but it ended up being more like 45. I asked to speak to the manager someone was brought over who posed as a manager. I asked for my money back. He said he was doing it and then I would get my money back that was a lie, I did not get a refund and I will absolutely never come to this place again. Frequent, at least weekly customer of this location for 8 years. I strongly encourage people to steer clear of this location. Everyone that works here is complete loser. There is one guy in his 40’s that has been working there for at least 10 years, he seems like the older creep that keeps working with high school kids cause he likes the young girls.
