I have been to this location in Longmont maybe 5 times now and 3 out of 5 times I have had issues, however this last one takes the cake. I placed my order through the app on my phone for curbside pick up. When I arrived I called the number on the sign to let them know I was there to pick up my order and where I was parked, however when the girl answered the phone she immediately placed me on hold and set the phone down. I spent more than 6 minutes on hold and heard her take two other people's orders before I was hung up on. I immediately phoned back and when she answered and said please hold I shouted no hang on just a minute and she set the phone down anyway. When she finally came back on the phone some 3 or so minutes later I told her where I was parked and I was there for my order. She brought my order out and I left. When I got to my office and dug into the bag for mine and my co-worker's breakfast NOTHING IN THE BAG WAS CORRECT. They had given me the wrong order. So back I went calling on my way. When I returned I again called the number provided on the sign. The girl that answered the phone sent a young man out to grab my wrong bag. He returned no more than 60 seconds later with the correct order, however that order had now been sitting there for better than 45 minutes waiting for me and was now cold. When I said something about it, it was shrugged off. I will not return to Einstein Bros. Bagels in Longmont and will be writing their corporate office about the lack of customer service at this location. I was very disappointed that the manager Breanna at the very least for not coming out to try and console my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe employee taking our order was listening to her earphones while we were telling her what we wanted. I ordered a sandwich, specifying that I didn't want the thintastic bagel, and that I wanted a dirty chai. She asked what side I wanted; I answered, again specifying that I didn't want the thintastic bagel. She asked what size I wanted my chai. I didn't want to seem pushy so I didn't say again that I didn't want the thintastic bagel. I got the thintastic bagel, and a regular chai. There was a pile of dirt swept up that hadn't been thrown in the dust pan yet. The ice was out, and she went to refill it but didn't finish when some more customers came in. There was no graciousness in her attitude, no conversation, no thank you's. When I pointed out that she had made an error in my bagel, she gave me a dirty look and did not try to fix it. It would have been better if she had said thank you, please, sorry, or even hello and made eye contact. On the other hand, the dude making the food offered to make me another bagel and gave me a free shot of espresso because I pointed out that my chai was indeed not dirty. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE EINSTEIN BAGELS, but I would never ever ever go to this location ever ever again. 10/10 would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place has been going downhill but todays experience just completely solidified my suspicions. I went to pick up a bagel for a friend of mine and a cashier by the name Arianna had a bad temper and awful communication as well as customer service skills. It lead to me calling out her behavior to her manager Taylor, who defended the cashier saying that there ācould haveā been a glitch in their system (for entering the rewards phone number through the pin pad vs. Having the cashier manually put in the number) but when I went to give her my number again Arianna kept cutting me off saying she didnāt need it then threw my money at me šš no one knows anything and refuses to give any phone number that may be linked to corporate. So if you ask them for it theyāll go to the back like theyāre ālookingā for it then come out with someone else -who isnāt a manager- to tell you that you canāt have that information. (Girl in āCanāt Relateā blunt hoody š¤£) This isnāt the first time Iāve had a rude experience at this location. Everyone there is so miserable and you can taste it in the food! Iād recommend going to a food truck instead thereās tons in...
