I decided to stop in again, needed caffeine for my Halloween shift. I ordered a venti and they handed me a ridiculously light coffee. I checked, the drink wasn’t full, and it was due to the milk in the drink being steamed properly. There was about 2 inches from the top of my drink to the top of the cup. I was heading to work so I couldn’t stop and have them make it and not short me.
Inflation is this high and this is how you treat your customers?
I’ll leave the prior review, clearly, no one cares about quality or standards here. Do not go to this location.
My Starbucks in Longmont. Drive through off of Hover. They do a great job, and all the ladies here are so sweet and friendly!
Over a year later update: Due to a series of issues related to supply chain, staffing, and egregious pay, this is no longer one of my regular spots. They don’t carry what I like, the drinks I get are super inconsistent, regularly I don’t get what I ask for, and I’ve long since given up on this location. The best Starbucks experience I’ve found anymore is inside of the grocery stores 🤷🏼♀️ I have no clue why, but their drinks taste consistent regularly.

I called this location to see if they had brewed decaf and the lovely young lady that answered was happy to say they do, and that she would brew a pot to have ready for my arrival! She even comped my coffee for me to make up for the negative service I had just received at the Starbucks off of Main Street in Longmont initially. I ordered a half caffeinated brewed coffee at the Main St location and when the clerk rung me up he said a half caff americano. I asked if they had brewed decaffeinated coffee and a girl jumped in and said "We don't brew decaf here. Sorry." Well I'm almost 9 months pregnant and espresso has not settled well with me during my last trimester. They didn't offer an alternative. No option for a pour over. Nothing. Read moreI went through the drive-through to save time and that did not end up being the case. The barista accidentally made me a Venti and I ordered a grande pistachio latte with a triple shot. I do this because I do not like a milky latte. They gave me a Venti with a triple shot which was too milky so I went inside to have them fix my order. I politely asked for the correction and the barista at the counter seemed highly annoyed and very rudely huffed as he made my latte. He asked the drive through barista what the order was and she told him a triple grande latte. I then piped in with the correct order of triple grande pistachio latte.
