Starbucks — Restaurant in Longmont

There are 4+ other places to get coffee within a block, try one of those (particularly Ziggys kitty corner or the better Starbucks across the street) I have only ordered standard everyday drinks, and there is always something wrong. I went back a couple times because it was easy and surely the previous time was a fluke, or an one time oversight. Once there was no coffee in it, just the froth and flavorings, another time the only filled the cup a third full, and last time (my last) it was so burned I couldn't drink it , and I am not usually bothered by a little over cooking. I am pretty easy to please with my coffee, a little coffee, a lot of sugar, but I am done going here. I did not ask them to replace any of these, mostly because I didn't realize it until I was driving away, but the staff were always friendly and I am sure given the chance they would have fixed it, but there is a quality...

I’ve been to this location numerous times and a frequent Starbucks fan. This morning I tried to purchase the drinks in the car behind me the girl at the window said, “I would appreciate if you didn’t do that unless you know them.” She argued with me saying it got confusing for her. I have done this numerous times are various places and never had someone refuse me to do that. The manager came over and was rude and let me do it. I will not be returning to this location and potentially to this company as a whole. There are far better coffee shops...

Just went through the drive-through at the Hoover location... cashier charged another customers credit card, manager came over and made the comment that they’re not gonna charge me because of the debacle. The cashier then said “NO it’s four drinks!!! I appreciated the offer of the manager I greatly did not appreciate the cashier. Not because I didn’t get free coffee, it was her error, and very common in business to make a concession for such a blunder.
