One of the worst experiences ever at this place. Let me begin with saying that we Arrived around 7pm with my complete party (reservation had been maid prior to arriving)still waited outside for about 20-25minute. After we went in and asked about our table status they told us it was going to be a few minutes. It really didn’t take but maybe 2 minutes or so after that that they finally called us. A younger Hispanic looking girl took us to the outside room, set us down and said someone would be with us shortly. Let me say that on our way to the back room we were greeted by (HOPE “the manager”) who was coming out of the kitchen at that time and could not miss us as we were a big party of 17 people. Another 25 minutes or so went by and after another party that was there already left and no one came to our table we had to go inside and ask for our waiter😠. They said someone would be out momentarily, after a good 5-8minutes later a younger white girl came out and instead of apologizing for the wait or at least give us more fake hope someone was on the way she asked how we (again a party of 17 that cannot easily just sneak in that many people at once)had gotten back there. She asked if an employee had set us down, as apparently no one in the restaurant knew we were there😡. She said y’all are actually still on the waitlist and we don’t have any waiters for this area available🤯. (Keep in mind that when we arrived to the table at this point like 30 minutes earlier, there was another party back there already, and seemed others had left not too long ago as two other tables were still dirty). So I wonder who took care of them or if they had to go and find a waitress too.🤨That girl left and shortly after that HOPE the manager (who initially greeted us as we were coming in) came to our table apologizing and again stated no one knew we were there. I reminded her she had greeted us on our way in, and she confirmed doing that but said she didn’t realized we were headed back there. She said that since she is not the manager for our area she wasn’t really paying attention. I just don’t understand why in our LONG 3 hours there our area manager never showed up. She said she thought we were going to the bar🙄🤯 (17 people with cake and gifts in hand and also 5 kids under 10 years old @ d bar like what😵💫) at this point i’m thinking is this girl a joke or what. She continue saying no waiters were covering that area but she had managed to pull a waiter from another area to come and serve us. She (hope)also proceeded to offer free appetizers and desserts to the whole group. Which I denied the offer as we were there to celebrate a birthday and we obviously had cake. She continued to extend the offer of free desserts & appetizers on her, offered a couple of different options on the desserts & everyone in the group finally agreed to receive cheesecakes and only one person ordered an appetizer. Food took a while to come out and when we were all done the appetizer ( which was supposed to be FREE) was charged for and no cheesecakes were ever brought out. We never saw the manager again so we told the waiter about her deal offering. ( I know I previously said I had declined. But I thought well the whole experience had already been an inconvenience for us & yes I know a few desserts would not fix anything. But I just said well why not she offered so why not take that small compliment that at this point it was very well deserved.) Waiter did not argue and came back after a good long wait (didn’t check the time on that but it was a while) with only 6 cheesecakes😳🫤!!! I so much wanted to tell the waiter to take them back and stick them up his behind (but of course it was not his fault). Grabbed the 6 lousy cheesecakes and left. Let me just say that what was supposed to have been a great night for my nephew on his birthday turned out to be the worst ever!!! thanks to the very unprofessional personnel at Bubbas tonight 11/19/24. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place they have no type of work ethic nor do they stand up...

But I had already sent a message using that link before they replied to this review. It's been over a week and they have not responded to that contact through the link to my email? Bubba's has stolen 53.00 from me. There's no other way to describe it. Fortunately I had already started the dispute with my credit card number before I made the review.
I was attempting to order from the new Texarkana location. I went to the Texarkana Facebook page, clicked about and then the website link that it supplied for online ordering. When the order processed my charge I saw it was the Longview location and not the Texarkana location. I immediately called the Longview location. The girl that answered said she would take care of it and cancel the order. I have been checking this week and the charge went from pending to posted. So she never cancelled the order - or at least didn't cancel the charge. I called and spoke with the manager Ariel? today in Longview. He was very dismissive and difficult to deal with. I didn't know whether it was a visa or master card at that second and basically he told me he couldn't look it up! I had the receipt, with the receipt number, the last four digits of the credit card, the name, address, phone number, etc. I don't appreciate being stolen from like this. I have started a dispute with my credit card company as a result. Why would you want to put a customer through something like this? After the first call to the store on June 15th, I called the Texarkana store and made my order on the same credit card. You can see these charges ten minutes apart. One in Longview two hours from me and the new location in Texarkana. Clearly I wouldn't be ordering from two locations over two hours apart. I need my funds back $57.31
And going forward - the experience at the new Texarkana location was horrible. I made a phone order at 8:38 PM June 15th - she said it would be ready at 9 PM. I didn't expect that since it was the first week of them being open. But what I didn't expect was to sit there in their parking lot until nearly ten pm. At PM I received a text stating our order was ready. I waited five minutes and called to ask about it again. They said it wasn't ready. I called them three times while I sat there. Nearly an hour later they brought out the order. An hour and a half after I made the initial order. No apologies. I asked her if that order had been sitting there for an hour. She said no, " see the bottom of the bag is hot". Look I've owned restaurants in the past. I know what heat lamps are for. Well the chicken wings were soggy. The vegetables on the burger were completely wilted. It appears they replaced the onion rings as they were still sort of crispy. The chicken fried chicken was disgusting. She said that was the reason the order was so late -- waiting on the cfc.. BS. It didn't look at all like that depicted n the website. It was flattened - just a huge chewy piece of chicken that I am pretty sure was composed of meat glue. On top of this they didn't include the extra fries that I ordered and paid for. For $53 I wasted an hour and a half on food we couldn't stomach to eat. Actually at this point if you count the Longview situation $110 !!!! No I haven't called the manager at that location and after my experience calling the Longview location manager - no thanks. We will never return and will be sure to let everyone know how...
Read moreDecided to try Bubba's 33 today for the first time because we have heard rave reviews from a lot of our friends and family. I will have to say those rave reviews are definitely warranted. This restaurant has an amazing vibe and equally amazing food and drinks.
We started with an appetizer big O' onion rings. They were amazing perfectly cooked and crispy. The best part is when you took a bite you didn't pull your onion out of the breading. That's a big Plus in my book because most places when you're biting you lose all your onion and your left with nothing but beading. It was served with some Bubba sauce that was absolutely delicious.
For the main course we had one nacho mama pizza, one guacamole burger and one pasta dish.
As for the pizza it is described on the menu as our bacon ground beef and refried beans topped with seasoned chicken cheddar cheese fresh jalapeno dices and zesty sour cream lime sauce. This pizza was amazing it had my taste buds dancing. Even though it had fresh jalapenos on it it was not spicy at all. The toppings were evenly distributed along the pizza and the crust was super thin. The only negative is I wish the crust wasn't so thin or that it was cooked a little longer because the center of the pizza crust was not cooked as much as I would have liked it to be.
The bacon guacamole Burger was served well done and was delicious. The two beef patties were absolutely juicy and cook perfectly. Topping this burger was smoked bacon, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. This burger was served with a side of fries that we had loaded. Loaded fries were chopped with cheese bacon and ranch dressing. Another hit with the family.
Chicken and parmesan pasta was the final meal ordered and it was just as delicious as the other two meals. As described on the menu breaded and golden fried chicken breast with melted mozzarella and provolone cheeses topped with marinara and served over twisted pasta with a side of garlic focaccia bread. When the plate first arrived it did seem like it was kind of dry and needed a little bit more marinara sauce. When the waitress came back to check on us she noticed the pasta and immediately brought over an extra side of marinara sauce. That was some great attention to detail by the staff.
Also ordered Budweiser on draft and it was served perfectly chilled. We also had a mango lemonade and a standard sweet tea. This sweet tea wasn't as sweet as I had liked it to be but it still was tasty and refreshing. The mango lemonade was kid approved and she loved it. The kind wait staff actually brought over another type of lemonade for her to try and she loved it.
Kelsey was the sweet young girl serving us this afternoon. She went above and beyond to attend to our needs and to make sure that everything we needed was given to us in a timely matter. She was very sweet and had a wonderful bubbly attitude towards her.
The manager on duty was Tyler and he stopped by the table to welcome us as it was our first time and offered us a coupon for our next visit in a few other items. Now I must say this restaurant has awesome staff members working there. They were all smiling and all seem to be having a great time while serving the other customers in the restaurant.
