It breaks my heart to say this because I’ve been a fan of Dutch Bros for so long, and I was so excited to finally get one in Longview…but I don’t think I can come here anymore. The drinks are great, absolutely better than Starbucks, but no drink is worth a 45 minute wait. I feel like I’ve given this place chance after chance to get better these last few months, especially because I’ve never dealt with service issues like this at other Dutch Bros locations and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the number of times I’ve simply had to get out of line after waiting an absurd amount of time and not being talked to by anyone, or been trapped for close to an hour with no way of exiting the line, is frankly ridiculous, and today was the last straw. Even knowing how long the typical wait for this shop is and leaving home significantly earlier than usual to accommodate for it, I still ended up waiting 40 minutes for my drink, and there were only three cars ahead of me in line. Are there not enough people working at any given time? I usually only see one person making drinks, and that just doesn’t seem feasible. Maybe there’s some other issue I’m unaware of? Either way, it’s truly baffling, and I just can’t keep wasting my time hoping...
Read moreWaited 10 minutes in line for someone to take our order. Only one car in front of us - saw one girl inside making drinks and the other girl leaning halfway out the window to talk to what I’m guessing was her boyfriend or a friend the entire time. We even asked if she would come take our order and she just said “their drinks were being made”. Needless to say we left. I get we all have personal lives & I’m guessing they probably weren’t busy prior to us coming, so I understand finishing up your conversation. But window girls attitude & behavior was unprofessional. Talking is fine, but next time take care of your customers first - that’s what you...
Read moreI love Dutch Bros so much! But VERY disappointed in the service today. The line was exceptionally long this time so I used the 2nd order lane. Well ended up waiting around 10 minutes with the worker only taking orders from the main line, finally had to squeeze my way in where you merge. So once i was ordering I asked the worker if we’re supposed to merge ourselves or if we merge after ordering? She told me we’re supposed to merge after ordering and said “I seen you over there but I figured i’d make it over there eventually” and laughed it off. What’s the point of the 2nd lane if youre only going to prioritize...
