Yeah. No. lol when we first came in we were “helped” (if that is what you want to call it) by a woman named Becky. She was very rude. We asked a simple question of when our room would be ready. She rudely replied “ well I don’t know, we have a Skelton staff, we only have XYZ number of people here, so I couldn’t tell you” ummmm okay. Well we are paying for a room. It is unacceptable to tell paying customers that you have no clue when their room will be ready. So I then asked, “well will it be ready after 3?” I don’t know I couldn’t tell you. Luckily we needed to meet up with family so we came back. A day later we had the worlds noises upstairs neighbors. The property did little to nothing to navigate this and I ended up having to call the police. I got no sleep and was a zombie driving hours back home. Waste of money. I didn’t realize the structure of the property was built so poorly that you hear every little thing 10x amplified. Smh.
Also stop advertising free breakfast. It’s just dry old bagels with watered down coffee and spoiled creamer. All this money for the rooms, and we can’t even get a quality breakfast? Smh. Won’t be back.
The room was cute and clean....
Read moreDecent hotel. Great price. Good location. Staff was super nice. Pet friendly. Arrived with my dog, and called ahead for a room on the first floor if possible. If they try to put you in room 101, decline it. It’s convenient to one of the side entrances, but that side entrance door and the door to the stairwell slam so hard anytime anyone goes in and out to the point of shaking the wall behind the bed in the room. It made for two sleepless nights due to other guests coming and going at all hours. There is also a huge spotlight against the building that shines directly into the room all night (photo attached). They either need to decommission this room, charge less for it, or be upfront with its issues due to location. They did offer to change my room, but the only other options were right next to the pool, which would also be crazy loud, or on the fourth floor, which is not convenient with a dog. That was my only issue with this place…The crappy location of this room, but it was bad enough to write a review and try to let people know. The hotel is fine, just do not stay...
