Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Longview

Hey Dutch bros nation listen up!!! If you stop to get a drink DO NOT go to any other location but the 15th ave location next to the hospital ( no offense to the others you guys are great too! ) let me tell you why.....I'm Lana. I'm a 49 yr old wife ( who's spouse has a lung condition that makes the lungs deteriate daily no cute ) I'm a waitress that has worked 35-40+ a week for years, a gandmother that has a 4 & 6 yr old grandsons that we adopted 4 yrs ago, 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer that has spread to my lymph nodes in my arm pit ( no where else early stage Huge Blessing thankyou father had to throw that in ) & an extremely loyal of 15 th ave Dutch bros!!! In my entire life I have never had the absolute pleasure to frequent a place of business such as this!!!! Not only are they delicious...the staff there is an unbelievably amazing crew that have treated me special the whole 4 yrs since I've started going there what love huh??? But wait for it... here's the amazing part, Monday I had a port placed in my chest for my chemo treatments & after I go to my favorite drink spot & they hand me a card with multiple & I mean multiple signatures & words of love & support skin with a pink breastcancer mug along with a gift card with a substantial amount loaded on it.....let's just say I'll have my iced midnite rebel hill after Christmas lol. Shawn, Josie, Dallas, everyone single one of them ( sorry I'm horrible with names ) thanx you SINCERELY mostly from me but from all 3 guys in myfamily too!!!!!! You know alot of times we get down on the younger generations that are coming up behind us well this young individuals are 100% the exception to that cliche.... I LOVE YOU GUYS BEYOND THE normal customer relationship!!!! I mean who does that??? DUTCH BROS make it your place cuz Disneyland might be the happiest place on earth but 15th ave dutch bros is the geatest place on earth!!!! I just wanted to give a huge shout out to thes guys & say THANKYOU!!!!!

First I want to say friendly fast service at this location. Be sure you understood what they say because the road noise can be a challenge and I had a miscommunication on my visit. Wrong quantity. This ended up slowing down the assembly line but they recovered quickly. Sorry to the folks behind me.

This location looks like it would be a sh!t show but the line really moves due to the two windows arranged in serial. First to order and second to pick up. I would guess if there are 10 cars in the line they'll be blocking traffic on 15th in the right southbound lane.

It has some tight left turns so go in wide right. It is only really designed to enter turning right off southbound 15th, so if you are heading north you may wish to u turn at the next light. No idea if it is legal but it would be doable across 2 lanes of traffic.

As far as DBros goes, it is pretty good stuff if a bit expensive to me. Par for the industry, I guess. Not sure about the plain coffee, but designer drink mediums are usually over $6 a pop with WA tax. Lots of sugar and caffeine if a kick in the pants is what you are looking for and you aren't already a diabetic. Seems to be targeting a younger audience...

HOWEVER last night (closing)took me and my oldest daughter by complete surprise! We left asking each other what just happened? And said hopefully that was some terrible joke or prank LOL because whoever the woman is with the yellow? Sabertooth deal sticking through her nostrils, dark hair, decently tall is incredibly rude! her eye roll and bottom lip sucking was a added distraction to my loss of words when trying to respond to her almost appeared intentional rude annoyance Behavior! I really cannot express enough how much she sticks out from the others. I've been going to this location several times a week for almost 2 years 2 years! That is a lot of great employees and attitudes to experience never once even came near an employee like this I really hope she's temporary or very easily impressioned so all these other wonderful employees here can rub off on her.
